Owner was really helpful and friendly & housekeeping / cleanliness top notch. Location location location was epic in the Jordaan - so close to great restaurants and cafes, station and Albert Heijn shop. Bed was super comfy and continental breakfast tray was really thoughtful and delicious. Tea & Coffee set up great. TV at end of bed was a real treat and the garden was wonderful for an evening drink and outside space. Bathroom is super functional. Helpful 15% discount off local bike hire.

Everything! They made us feel like we were the most important guests there. A tray with breakfast items was left outside our door every morning even though breakfast was not included! What a treat. Tea and coffee inside the room. GREAT mattress. Lovely colors and decor and lighting. We had our own patio. Fantastic double headed shower! Walked there rolling my suitcase from the centraal train station. I’ll never stay anywhere else. Fabulous location. Walked everywhere!

The location was close to the train station and within walking distance of the museums and tourist attractions. The room was beautifully furnished and the garden room was nice to step out to for some fresh air. The host was very friendly and breakfast was a great way to start our day.

There is no air conditioning, and when the door is open bugs, including mosquitos can fly in the room. However, we were very comfortable due to good weather conditions. They do have heating in the winter.

The location of the property was exceptional for both walking ability to major attractions, but also access to public transport. The room was large, bright and airy, with excellent quality linens on the bed. The host was easily accessible to help, and very friendly, but not intrusive in any way, and the thoughtful breakfast delivery every day was a lovely touch.

Only minor thing that could potentially be updated that would make the property even better, would be to have slightly larger towels, but this is SUPER MINOR!

Even though Breakfast was not included, a decent first meal was delivered every morning to our door. This was greatly appreciated! We rented the garden room, which had access to a very nice inner courtyard. Also, the location on the Singel is unbeatable - very conveniently located to the Central station, plus all the sights.

very flexible owner, we could enter our room (with a garden!) in the middle of the city 3 hours early. It is a very charming, spacious room with a beautiful little garden, very nicely decorated, neat, and the bathroom modern. Tea and coffee in the room, and a basic but excellent breakfast. Really a treat! especially in this neighbourhood!

We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect location on a lovely canal. We arrived really early and our room was ready which was really kind of the host. We wouldn't normally book a basement room but it was perfect for us. Very comfortable and clean. Excellent shower, quality bed linen and very quiet at night. Top quality continental breakfast served outside our room each morning. We would definitely return. Thank-you.

Fabulous location, exceptionally clean and great service. Continental breakfast was a lovely surprise each day! We had both the ground floor and basement rooms, and the courtyard was great for relaxing in the early evenings.

Everything was perfect. The location is close to the centre of Amsterdam at just a few minutes walk. The room is clean and updated. They provided a lovely breakfast outside the door each morning which was a lovely surprise. The staff was super helpful and I would highly recommend staying here!

This room in this house is right on the canal and in a good location to walk everywhere in Amsterdam, or bike. Both options are how everyone does it. The little breakfast she put out for us was just the right size and the patio was delightful. Coffee was great with the in room coffee maker. Also had wine glasses and a small fridge. The amenities all seemed new and he answered any of our questions when we called him. Nice large room and bathroom, and the location is just amazing. The husband and wife quickly answered texts from us through the Booking.com app. Great experience overall.

No parking and no A/C. It says No parking when you book, but no garage is even close and when we were there, the area was under construction and we couldn't even get close. We parked near the house sort of, in slots that were 68€ A DAY! It was just so much more convenient, but they are extremely limited and hard to get.
