Staff were accommodating, rooms clean and bed comfy. We stayed as our flight was cancelled. Location was good, close to station but not too close to the noise. Air-conditioning worked well. So did the blackout curtains. Would of slept later however they had scaffolding put up across the road. The staff were apologetic about this and we can't blame them. Nice touch with the pastry and coffee to go would happily stay again. There is a tiny elevator which works fine for 1 person,2 if you like being extra close.

I do like tea and coffee facilities in the bedroom but they did supply down in the communal area.

The location was perfect; I couldn't have asked for a better one. It's very close to the Amsterdam Centraal station and within walking distance of almost all the main tourist attractions. The staff at the reception especially Mithat was excellent. He made an effort to search for and advice me about good restaurants, bars and anything that I asked him for and left no stone unturned to give me the best reviews including directions. The hotel has a coffee machine in the basement which was very helpful as one can have coffee anytime during the day/evening/night.

The sink in the bathroom is very tiny, had a tough time brushing my teeth. The room can have some hooks for hanging clothes or bag etc. In addition, the yellow cover and pillows on the bed looked dirty.

Location close to the centre & public transport, cleanliness, managed to sleep well too. Arrived few hours early so they let me keep luggage with them and come back later to check in

Just bathroom sink was awkward because of how close it is to shelf above it. Think the height of the toilet is for a taller person. Otherwise everything else was great

Location was close to central station and other public transport. Staff were friendly and helpful with my questions. Room and bed were comfortable.

Expensive for such a small room. A bit noisy and you can hear noise from outside during the night.

The property is located in the most convenient area! I walked most of my trip and everything was 10-20 mins max away. The staff was super nice and helpful. I would definitely book again but a bigger room with more space.

The only thing about the hotel I didn’t like was that my single room door did not lock at times and I had to go downstairs so the staff can lock it with the master key. I kept asking if they could offer me another room but it was all booked. They did end up getting it fixed in the end. I would say that the cleanliness wasn’t the best there was a lot of dirt next to the window that I actually ended up cleaning up.

The location was excellent and only a short walk to the railway station. The hotel was clean and charming. There was a coffee machine downstairs and croissants available in the morning. The highlight for us was the warm greeting we received from Anne Marie when we arrived. Anne Marie suggested many attractions for us to visit and we had a wonderful stay. Thank you so much😊.

We had a lovely Stay at Cityview. The staff were lovely and looked after us very well. The room was clean and comfy. Great value for money, and the location was excellent.

The only thing we missed was having tea and coffee making facilities in our room, there was the option to go to a downstairs kitchen. However, we were on the 3rd floor and the kitchen was in the basement.

Location is perfect, right by the train station. The staff were all very friendly and let us keep our bags there after we checked out which is always handy and appreciated! The bed was comfy, especially the pillows. Bathroom was very modern and clean with towels provided. Will definitely be staying again

Nothing at all- just to be mindful of the steep stairs when booking but this is typical of the area :)

The person at the reception was extremely nice and helpful. I could check in earlier than officially stated which made my first day significantly more enjoyable. The location was very central and convenient, yet the street was very quiet.

Not really a negative feature and totally expected - the rooms and sink in the bathroom are very small.
