The location was fantastic, it is right in the middle, there is a supermarket just 5 minutes away and it is less than 10 minutes away from the central station. The mattresses were some of the best I've ever slept on and the staff was incredibly helpful 24/7.

The bathroom and shower were a bit dirty and smelled a bit bad, but it wasn't the worst. We reserved the quadruple room and it was a bit cluttered, there was barely any space for our suitcases.

Staff were very nice and helpful. Beds were comfortable. The location was perfect for me and my friends, close to food, bike rental, 15 min walk to centre, as well as brilliant views from places near our hotel. Gives you a real taste of Amsterdam.

The shower light was not working. And the toilet is outside the room down the hall which can be a pain. And the actual beds themselves were a bit dirty. Thankfully the bedsheets were clean so it was not a big issue.

The hotel is in a great location. Close to everything, Seraph at fromt desk was very helpful with tips of city and recommended rent bikes to sightsee which was wonderful for our 2 day stay. Bedroom is super clean, shared bathrooms and showers too, alway have toiletries and had no issues with my son. Great budget rooms to just explore city go thete to shower & sleep. Rooms are cool in evenings even in no ac. Have fans.

Beds are not very comfy. Need new mattresses.

Close to main area, clean and warm, plenty of hot water.

Steep narrow stairs. A service lift for luggage that we were not told about - it would have made a big difference not to have to struggle bags up those stairways.

Location ...one of the best location in Amestrdam in terms of easy acess to public transportation and the heart of Amsterdam by walking.the neigbourhood feels so secured as well.

Overall the facility is very clean and cared but the entertance hall to the reception desk gives bad impression at first.it can be improved. My room didnt have plug very next to the bed ,ı had to leave my phone away from the bed for charging and stand up to check it several times.

Very good for the price as it was on of the cheapest when booking. Room was clean and not hot unlike other places i've stayed in Amsterdam. Great location Beds were very comfortable Restaurant attached to hotel was very nice.

Stairs were steep but its Amsterdam and to be expected The windows are abit old and look in bad condition. Its a cheap hotel in a great location. Honestly can't fault it.

The rooms were nice and cosy, the location was smack-bang in the middle of the centre so everything such as sights was within a 10-15 minute walk away, the choices for foot and coffee shops within a minutes walk were plentiful. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Keep in mind the stairs are rather steep so after a boat load of smoke and a couple of magic truffles they feel like a mountain LOL. Also the entrance is a little hard to find as it is on the corner from the main street.

The only fault we really had was our bedroom window vent was missing so instead there was just a hole in the window, which did let a little excess noise in. We only used the hotel for sleep if anything and the weather wasn't really cold so it wasn't a major issue.

They are exceptional, left my passport in there premises while going to Rotterdam to watch darts. Went out there way to save it for me, while I collected it the day. Quality customer service and very reliable.

Great location, clean and maintained. Nice old building with modern facilities. Friendly staff that doesn't get in your way.

A bit pricey. Steep small stairs, hard to drag big suitcases.
