Perfect location, quieter end of city and very near train station. Great room, perfect for us, everything we needed. Communication was also spot on with everything.

Housekeeping hit and Miss, even with the door sign out! Also, bleach stains on some of the carpets, I’m guessing that’s what they use to clean sometimes.

As I was travelling in my own it was better than expected. Very often single rooms are a tiny afterthought, but this room was a great size for just a couple of nights. The staff were lovely and friendly.

Being on my own was fine but if I was with anyone else I wouldn’t like the fact that the walls to the shower room were so see through.

Excellent location, super central with frequent trams close by. 6 minute walk from Centraal, and about the same to get into Dam Square. Must have only been a road over from Damrack and the RLD. We really travelled all over for different attractions - Adam Lookout, Van Gogh Museum, WONDR - and found it really easy! So much so, we would call back in the hotel sometimes (to rest our feet) before heading on to the next thing. We arrived late (about 11pm), but it was fine due to the 24 hour reception. Then, a surprise in my room if a birthday card, macaroons and balloons. Really made it feel special! A couple staff even wished me happy birthday in person! Genuinely could not have asked for a better location or friendlier staff. The room was grand, slightly small but perfect overall, and had a tv, kettle, etc. bathroom was nice, and clean! Really appreciated the water/hot drinks available for free in the lobby, as well as the option of snacks/drinks available to buy.

The best was the staff. Really friendly folks that always received you with a smile and were willing to help. The location was also pretty great, especially if you arrive via train like we did, since it's at walkable distance from the Central Station. Finally, the Nespresso machine in the room was also a nice touch.

The room distribution could have been better. They seem to prioritize business travelers and have a pretty big desk that although useful if you need to work, takes a lot of space, and leaves you with little to no room to open your bags or put your clothes on.

The location is great with easy access to transport, food and entertainment. Everything is walkable so much so that we didn't have to rely too much on public transport although the tram stop is literally at the door step. The complimentary coffee/tea at the lobby is very much appreciated too. A great pick-me-up before a day of sightseeing. The staff are friendly, accommodating and they even allowed us to check-in early which we were very grateful for.

The room we stayed in was of an awkward shape making moving luggage around difficult, but the view from the room was amazing. There's construction happening at the front of the hotel making it a bit difficult to navigate around with the luggage but there's alternative access via the back door so that's helpful. And there's also the noise during the day from all the works.

So close to everything! We didn’t use any transport as everything was in walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is coffee and diffused water in reception you could help yourself too 24 hours a day. Check out was at 12 which was great as it’s usually earlier in other hotels.

The pillows weren’t great but we had an ok sleep, except for the fact the light switch were on the head board and every time my husband rolled over he switched the light on which woke us up but comfortable enough. The bathroom is a little weird the door doesn’t close completely and there is no lock. Not a problem for us however for friends or a new couple could be a problem.

Why do hotel rooms have glass toilet doors ???

Good location near loads of good restaurants and bars and local tram and rail links are really good short walk away from the main drag. Comfortable bed and peaceful no noise.

Rooms are a bit of an odd shape not great if you're a plus size traveller, and the bathroom well let's just say if your traveling with a family member let's hope you don't mind hearing everything when they are on the loo. It's a bit intrusive and not very private it has odd glass so you can basically see the outline if you get my drift. Sadly for us a bit off putting. No milk for the tea just creamer for the coffee. Had a problem with the heating and was given a heater from the main desk with no feet on it and roasting hot and told there you go use this major health and safety to use that in my room on carpet! Little things that need addressing.
