Loved this property and it was central to everything, a few minutes from Central Station and Dam Square. Plenty of pubs, cafes, coffee shops, supermarkets and clothing stores all on your doorstep. Could not ask for a better location. Pepe was a great host, he met us at the apartment as arranged, gave us some great recommendations on restaurants, museums etc and was right next door if we needed anything. I have stayed in some of the highest rated hotels in Amsterdam but would return to this apartment again and again.

Pepè was an exceptional host, we were able to discuss our arrival time with him and he made sure he was there to greet us. He offered some great recommendations for bike hire and some beautiful spots to visit. The accommodation is very close to the centre with only a short walk into the busier areas of the red light district in one direction and the beautiful Jordaan neighbourhood in the other direction. We were given 2 lots of keys so we were able to split the group if needed. The apartment was perfect for myself and my 2 sisters with plenty of space, coffee machine, fridge etc we will definitely be returning to Pepè's place in the future and telling everyone we can about our experience. It truly did make our experience of Amsterdam better 😊

Being so close to the busier areas can make for a little noise of an evening if you are like us and in bed before 12 but we expected this with the main stretch being so close and we're not a group that would be out after midnight.

The location of this place is bang on - everything is walking distance from here. The host was exceptionally good, very understanding and helpful! It's a small space but was perfect for us - three friends. It had all the amenities one could expect - a tiny functional kitchen, a cute attic bed + a couch that turns into another bed + space for luggage + fridge.

As I mentioned a very functional and practical space, the only element missing would be decor but I mean one can live without it during a short stay :)

This place was in a great location close to everything in either direction. Pepe was very accommodating and just a great guy in general. He gave advise of places to see, and made himself available for anything. When i come back to Amsterdam i will be deffanately trying to get this location again

Very central location, nice little studio flat brightly decorated and quiet. The fan was a godsend, we visited during a heatwave. Pepe is very nice and extremely helpful.

I needed a firmer bed than the downstairs sofa bed but the kids were very happy in the single beds on the mezzanine.

Excellent location! Conveniently located within walking distance of popular sites, restaurants, neighborhoods, and multiple modes of transportation. The apartment is clean, practical, and comfortable. Safe location and easy-to-use door locking security. The host, Pepe, is incredibly helpful and accommodating. Excellent communication and smooth process from beginning to end, with great suggestions and a friendliness that made us feel at home. Would stay again!

In a perfect, very central but quiet location, this little apartment is clean, with everything you could want or need within, and everything you want to experience in Amsterdam steps away or within easy access. Absolutely loved it! The owner was super friendly and helpful, too.

Fantastic central location. Lovely host. Tea bags and coffee available and towels and shampoo. Would definitely stay again. Amsterdam is expensive and this was a good value option.

Very minor things- It was a little dark due to the design and layout so needed lights on all the time. The ladder to the beds was steep, not a problem for us but would not suit less mobile people.

The owner is very helpful. His care and kindness for people renting his apartment are exceptional. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the train station and therefore super convenient for travelers.

The apartment is a duplex. I liked having the bedroom on a higher level, however, if someone cannot climb the stairs that will pose a problem. There is a sofa downstairs on the ground floor, so that helps.

Pepe is amazing! Gave us great recommendations and was readily available if we had anything we needed assistance with. The studio is very comfortable and in a very accessible part of the City!
