The apartment is perfect. Large, has everything you need. perfect location.

The only negative point is that to get to the apartment there are two very steep flights of stairs with very narrow steps. It did not affect my stay at all, but for older people it is a problem.

Anny’s apartment was in an excellent location. So many sights and restaurants and shops were within easy walking distance including the tram stops. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and full of many simple but helpful accommodations that made me say Anny has thought of everything. Anny herself was extremely helpful, routinely keeping in touch and answering questions throughout our stay. The only small caution is the two flights of stairs to get up to the apartment. It was a bit of a challenge for a couple of 70 year olds with two heavy suitcases. But by taking our time, it was easily managed. I would definitely try to stay here again next time we visit Amsterdam.

Easy walk to Centraal station to take train to airport & meet up with tours such as canal boats. Jordaan neighborhood was also an easy walk. Trams nearby get you to museums & anywhere else in city. Anny provided tour books and multiple adaptors, even a converter. Got to meet her on the last day and she explained the history of the property dating to the early 1600s! Light & airy, felt spacious, bedroom on interior courtyard. Very comfortable accommodations

Not much. Layout is excellent and kitchen has all you need except stove.

Location is good for walking access to tourist areas, but with a few ‘Red Light’ window-displays very close. Apartment is spacious and well equipped. Beds are comfortable.

We arrived at 01:00 in the morning, due to flight delays. For first timers in Amsterdam, the arrival at that time was awful! Red light ladies were not nice to see… Did not expect that, as I was under the impression that the location was outside of the Red Light district.. The steps inside to the apartment are extremely steep, especially with luggage. Accommodation in Amsterdam is really very expensive!

It is central, with beautiful decor and a clean, well-stocked kitchen and bathroom. Every detail was thoughtfully executed. High-end, comfortable bed remote control for posture. Safe and Private. Overall, the flat was in excellent condition, giving me a little taste of living in Amsterdam. (if you get the chance to stay here, go for it you won’t regret) Also, a great host, Anny, went above and beyond when we forgot some items on the property and got them couriered to our home. So, once again, many thanks. We hope to come again next time.

The Dutch stairs but in honesty they are not as steep as many I have encountered but must be noted if you have mobility issues. Positives with these they are well lit and have good foot space.

It was in a great location. So many things within walking distance but a few blocks out of the main tourist area. The gentleman with the art store was very helpful with helping us get in. The bed was adjustable which was great. She had umbrellas which came in handy. The coffee machine was fantastic. The kitchen had a lot of equipment. Just little things like a drying rack for dishes made things so easy. The apartment is of good size. There were bathrobes and extra towels

Prices for lodging in Amsterdam are through the roof but this was a real good bang for your dollar or Euro. Americans love their ice and there was no ice tray. I have to remember to bring one myself next trip over, LOL

The location 6 minutes walking from Centraal station, and one street away from Singal canal was excellent for sightseeing. It was quiet and we loved being in the old building. Anny had provided more than enough coffee pods, teas and other products so we only needed to buy any perishables. There were interesting books on Amsterdam available. Anny was very helpful. The rooms were large and warm and it is possible to alter the temperature thermostat.

Good, central location within 10 mins walk of the station. The building was surprisingly quiet for a city centre. We were pleased to be able to stay in a traditional Amsterdam house, with solid wooden beams and steep staircase, to the apartment and to feel closer to the history of the city.

Given this was an apartment, the only cooking facility was a multi function microwave. An electric ring or something similar would have been useful. The steep, narrow stairs could cause issues for older people. We managed, but being in our late 60's took the stairs very cautiously.

Everything in the apartment was excellent. The beds were very comfortable. Coffee pods, tea, and basic kitchen supplies were all provided. The wifi worked well. Anny thought of everything - there were even plug outlet adaptors and a safe! It was very clean and organized. We liked that the location was not far from the train station, and other attractions in the city were very walkable from there.

The stairs up from Street level were rather narrow and steep, but it's an historic building, so that is not unexpected.

I rented Anna’s apartment for a trip to Amsterdam with my granddaughter. Anny was excellent at answering my questions and provided an amazing apartment! It was very clean and well decorated. It is in a great location….walkable from Central Station and close to so many good restaurants! I would love to return to this apartment for a future visit!
