Great location, very helpful and friendly staff :)

The glass screens on the shower and toilet. This should be a totally separate room to allow for its use without disturbing the other guest with lights / noise etc. The air conditioning unit was very noisy and didn’t cool the room at all.

It was within walking distance from the train station, but I would not recommend walking for the elderly or handicapped to this location as it is about a half a mile over some uneven terrain.

The city construction going on in front of the hotel. No fault of the hotel, and it should be completed later this year and be a great upgrade to the area. New sidewalks and paths going in. As for our room, it was very comfortable and well designed and quiet, but it could have been just a few meters larger, which would be nice, but very clean and modern.

Beautiful decor and clean, comfortable rooms. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. The location is great, close to the main train station and easily walking distance to city centre, Nine Streets and Red Light District. Great signature cocktail at the bar. We didn't end up eating at the hotel but did see some food being served which looked delicious. Will definitely return.

We were considering room service at one stage but there weren't menus in the room, which would have been useful.

Excellent location, superb attentive staff and everyone seemed to be upgraded including us who got the penthouse for our two nights. Absolutely brilliant.

Second time here, and although short, it was just perfect. Lets start with the location - couldnt be better. In 15mins circle you can find so many Amsterdan attractions. Central station is just 7-8mins away. Inside of the hotel is very nice, modern, clean. Rooms big enough, spotless, interesting. Breakfast very good, honestly, more choice then you need 🤷🏻‍♂️. And the best thing about this hotel - staff. Very friendly, polite, always with a smile and ready to help. Special thanks to girls at the reception desk. If you are visiting Amsterdam, this is the place to be.

The location was very close to the center and transportation facilities, which made it convenient. The rooms and the hotel were very stylish. The staff were very polite.

One of the reasons we chose this hotel was the soundproofed room and the Boss sound system in the room. However, when we arrived at our door, we realized that the soundproofing was not sufficient. Having such a sound system and poor insulation made us feel uneasy all the time we spent in the room. In addition, the coffee quality in the bar of the facility was bad.

Everything was brilliant, rooms were modern & clean. There was complimentary tea, coffee & water restocked every day. Location was good. The breakfast was exceptional, so much choice & everything was delicious. Really good for dietary requirements - I'm lactose intolerant & there was soya yoghurt & a choice of plant based milks for tea. Proper tea pots for breakfast tea too! I could see gluten free options for people with coeliac disease too. Unfortunately I had miscalculated how early we needed to set off for the airport on the last day so I was very sad to miss breakfast!

My only minor criticism is that we found the pillows a bit uncomfortable to sleep on - one was too low & two was too high. But that may be our personal preference. The bed was really comfy!

We stayed at Ink hotel as a family of 3. The location of the hotel is very good. It is very advantageous that it is accessible from everywhere, within walking distance and close to metro stops. We stayed comfortably as 3 people in the room given to us. The beds were really big and comfortable. There is a restaurant at the entrance of the hotel, but we never used it. I think breakfast was extra too. But overall it was an enjoyable stay, I would definitely choose it again.

The only thing I didn't like about the hotel was that the people who came to clean the room (even though I hung up the card to clean our room) did not touch or clean anything during our stay, except to take the garbage from the trash can and replace the missing Nespresso capsules. Considering the amount we paid for accommodation, I would have liked to see a room that was a little more tidy and smelling fresh when I returned from travel :)

I cannot stress enough how lovely and professional the staff are, the hotel was beautiful and elegant. The facilities are top spec and the location is superb.

The room was lovely but the quality of the shower tray wasn't the best, I am 203cm tall, 138kg so a little larger than most but the shower was a little soft under foot, I've been to plenty of other hotels which have sturdy plastic shower trays. It's a shame as the rest of the room facilities are top end. The cost of the room was I would say on the high side for the size.

Cleaning! house keeping dont clean early unless you inform the front desk, the cleaning is so bad, the towels smells funny, they never clean the room they just take out the trash and change the towels, the floors always dirty, and worst part was the bed sheets they smell and had stains on it, I asked them to be changed and they didnt so had to sleep on dirty bed and I couldnt sleep well bcuz of this! If they fix that and keep the rooms super fresh and clean then this would be my fav. hotel and I would go back for sure.
