Great location, very helpful and friendly staff :)

The glass screens on the shower and toilet. This should be a totally separate room to allow for its use without disturbing the other guest with lights / noise etc. The air conditioning unit was very noisy and didn’t cool the room at all.

It was within walking distance from the train station, but I would not recommend walking for the elderly or handicapped to this location as it is about a half a mile over some uneven terrain.

The city construction going on in front of the hotel. No fault of the hotel, and it should be completed later this year and be a great upgrade to the area. New sidewalks and paths going in. As for our room, it was very comfortable and well designed and quiet, but it could have been just a few meters larger, which would be nice, but very clean and modern.

Beautiful decor and clean, comfortable rooms. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. The location is great, close to the main train station and easily walking distance to city centre, Nine Streets and Red Light District. Great signature cocktail at the bar. We didn't end up eating at the hotel but did see some food being served which looked delicious. Will definitely return.

We were considering room service at one stage but there weren't menus in the room, which would have been useful.

The location was great, an easy walk from the railway with bags, and then central to all the main sites and restaurants. Very comfortable bed and beautifully fluffy towels. We also appreciated the generous bathrobes.

The room was a bit small with 2 large bags, they took up pretty much all the remaining space, otherwise it was lovely. I would’ve appreciated any type of mirror outside of the bathroom! The aircon wasn’t working but they provided a Dyson which was okay until they needed to take the remote for another guest - 2 heaters with one operating remote - go figure!

Stylish and centrally located boutique hotel, just 8–10 minutes from Amsterdam Centraal and within walking distance to the Jordaan shopping area. Conveniently located right opposite tram stops as well. The rooms are comfortable, service is attentive, and breakfast is available as an option. Despite being in the heart of the city, the hotel feels safe, quiet, and relaxing—a perfect balance for a restful stay in Amsterdam.

Nothing to complain about so far, we deliberately booked a deluxe room for extra space, and it’s been great!

The location was very close to the center and transportation facilities, which made it convenient. The rooms and the hotel were very stylish. The staff were very polite.

One of the reasons we chose this hotel was the soundproofed room and the Boss sound system in the room. However, when we arrived at our door, we realized that the soundproofing was not sufficient. Having such a sound system and poor insulation made us feel uneasy all the time we spent in the room. In addition, the coffee quality in the bar of the facility was bad.

Second time here, and although short, it was just perfect. Lets start with the location - couldnt be better. In 15mins circle you can find so many Amsterdan attractions. Central station is just 7-8mins away. Inside of the hotel is very nice, modern, clean. Rooms big enough, spotless, interesting. Breakfast very good, honestly, more choice then you need 🤷🏻‍♂️. And the best thing about this hotel - staff. Very friendly, polite, always with a smile and ready to help. Special thanks to girls at the reception desk. If you are visiting Amsterdam, this is the place to be.

Excellent location, superb attentive staff and everyone seemed to be upgraded including us who got the penthouse for our two nights. Absolutely brilliant.

Nothing

Everything was brilliant, rooms were modern & clean. There was complimentary tea, coffee & water restocked every day. Location was good. The breakfast was exceptional, so much choice & everything was delicious. Really good for dietary requirements - I'm lactose intolerant & there was soya yoghurt & a choice of plant based milks for tea. Proper tea pots for breakfast tea too! I could see gluten free options for people with coeliac disease too. Unfortunately I had miscalculated how early we needed to set off for the airport on the last day so I was very sad to miss breakfast!

My only minor criticism is that we found the pillows a bit uncomfortable to sleep on - one was too low & two was too high. But that may be our personal preference. The bed was really comfy!

Staff friendly, room was lovely and clean and room was freshened up everyday! Staff were also very helpful in places to eat out and things to see! Close walk to everything and felt so safe in that area and the hotel. Would return without hesitation!

Wish we had a room with a view onto the neighborhood rather than the inside courtyard but thats the only thing we were disappointed in.
