The bed was very comfortable and they felt quite private for a hostel. The curtain provided all the privacy I needed, there was a lamp for night use so I wouldn't disturb others and the room included a locker with a lock, at no extra cost. The shower was pretty good and there were always bathrooms available when I needed them.

The hostel was great, but if you really need a good sleep, do not book in a hostel. One of the folks staying in the room snored horribly and didn't allow anyone else in the room to sleep. Two of the folks in the room asked for a room change and they moved them, so good from the hostel. I just stayed over for two nights so I didn't move.

From the staff I met, room, washrooms, sheets, location, quietness, free breakfast, all unbelievably exceptional.

This Hostel is the best experience ever in Backpackers! Right straight way fron the Amsterdam central Station! Colours full and wonderfull decorated! Spotless, clean, best breakfast ever, best team staff, best manager attention in every situation. Rooms with a fantastic smell, bed line clean and new, Curtains for privacy! Excellent digital lock storage system! Toilets (3 genderless ) and Shower rooms (1 small and 1 big) just out of the room, and the pressure of the water was a dream, also has two different types of water system, typical one and like a rain one! Lift included! 24 hours desk reception with multi language staff ! And the breakfast TEAMMMM, gosh, all fresh, testy, clean and organised!!!! People from All Around the world is a wonderful experience ! 10000000 % recommended! All was perfect!

Facilities were impeccable! We stayed in a family room and appreciated the privacy curtains on the bed for changing, the book lights in each bunk, the power outlets at each bunk, and the drawers below the bottom bunk. There were hooks and hangers to dry out our rainy coats. The bathrooms were spotless. The breakfast was had good variety and fresh options and we were allowed to get coffee early!! The rooms were sooo quiet; we didn’t hear a single sound from outside or the other rooms. The staff were friendly and efficient! Highly, highly recommend!

The location is very convenient to train, but it seemed like it was moving into a party area. However, the hotel felt completely safe and there were zero disturbances during our stay.

The room was nice and clean and we also had a sink in the room. There were bathrooms and a shower on our floor. The location is perfect for a short stay to explore the old city. The staff was friendly. Would recommend.

The stairs were very steep. Which is okay, it is Amsterdam after all! But it definitely is not accessible if you are not young, fit and slender 😅 We decided to just take whatever we need for the night and leave the suitcases in the storage room. We would appreciate however if the staff would have given us a heads-up about the stairs instead of a funny look upon discovering our room number😁 Then we wouldn’t have to go back and forth with our luggage, especially since the room was in a different building. Which is also completely fine if you have a small backpack or a light suitcase, it’s just next door. But that was more of a surprise then a real problem I guess.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, breakfast was amazing, the location was perfect, and it was overall great value. Dormitory rooms are equipped with privacy curtains, spacious code-operated lockers, power outlets and air conditioning. Toilet and shower facilities are shared and located in the corridors, but I never had to wait to use them - and this also meant the room was quieter than dormitories at other hostels which may have adjoining bathrooms. The property is a short walk away from key tourist spots such as Anne Frank House, Dam Square and the Royal Palace. The major museums can also be accessed by foot, or via the trams which are fairly close. It is also located near the central station, making it very easy to get to. Overall a fabulous experience!

Honestly, I had no complaints given the price and type of accommodation! Was an excellent stay, and great value for money.

The room was amazing and the shape was quirky, it was snug but for a 3 day trip it was fine! The shower pressure was perfect and the shelf under the sink was a great use of space. Mirroring a phone to the tv was really simple and worked well and the staff were always so friendly! Power sockets on each side of the bed was a handy touch! Amazing location as well!

The only concerns had was when we found a toenail clipping on the floor and brown hair in the drain (both guests were blonde). This made us question the cleanliness and the windows were so thin it often sounded like we were in the street!

customer service is great, the reception team is kind at all times, they helped us to stay together in the same room, with recommendations and with issues we had because of our own clumsiness 😁 breakfast is also great. beds are comfortable, and you get good privacy in your bed and a very updated locker system that works super!, the showers are in general good, good water pressure, no signs of mold, nice mirrors, good space, the neighborhood is safe and has plenty options around to find food or drinks, 10 minutes walking from Amsterdam Centraal which is very handy as well

didn't like I found a one liter bottle it a slide of my my bed Wich means housekeeping doesn't pay attention to the top beds, showers need to be refreshed a liiiiittle more often and then it will be perfect

Good location for walking to Amsterdam Central even at mid night, ferry terminal, all the bike, hike, coach tours, at least five Indian restaurants serving vegetarian food, friendly and always smiling staff. It was very good VFM Value for Money. Coffee machine automatic with card payment really works 24 hours.

Nothing. I expected a hostel to be a hostel. But occupants were mature people and co-operative. buying an umbrella was expensive.
