Great location very close to the train station. Reception is open 24/7 and responded very fast to my last minute booking. Good value for money compared to some of the other places in Amsterdam. The shared bathroom was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

The room was tiny and is above a busy street, but its perfect if you just need a place to sleep and don't plan on spending very long in the room. The stairs leading up to the rooms are a bit tricky when you're carrying your baggage as they're very narrow and steep.

Amazing value for money, location is perfect and not as bad as you’d expect at this price. Small room but lovely view (room 211) of the highstreet. Warm room and comfy beds with good cleaning and sheet changes every day. Really friendly staff that didn’t charge for a slightly late checkout and are available 24/7. Perfect if you’re on a budget and don’t mind a couple of compromises like sharing a toilet/shower.

Not much, can be a bit of a trek up the many flights of stairs but not really a problem. Likely not accessible for people with reduced mobility.

It's in the centre of Amsterdam and really a budget hotel.

The receptionist. He was unfriendly during my check in. Even if it's not yet 3pm for check in, he should be at the reception all the time as that's the service from the hotel. The door was closed and I ring the bell. He was angry and told me, why you are ringing the bell. It's not yet 3pm for check in. I would rather excuse myself than to answer back as he was so angry and unfriendly person. Not suitable for hospitality industry.

The location is excellent, the beds are comfortable, the bed linen is clean every day, which is rarely seen even in higher-ranking hotels, the staff is friendly and tries to help as much as possible, low price

Too noisy from the street late at night, very small room, old - fashioned, we booked a room with two single beds and one bunk bed, and got two bunk beds.

Fantastic location. Near old town. And friendly personell. Wc and a shower in the room., thats great. We got a paper glasses when it was necessarry. Towels in the room. Good price for that location. Parking was cities Oosterdock garage. 10 eur for the evening and then 25 eur for the next day from 00.01 until 23.59

As any other building in the city center, rooms are not soundproofed. My sister woke up when neighbors came home during the night. However I slept very good with hearplugs.

Location is right in the middle of everything. So really easy to get around. The room was small but perfect for what we needed. Shower/Toilet tight but fine. Didn't eat at the hotel but you have supermarkets and bakeries everywhere around you

Front door was locked at 7pm one day, not sure why but was open when we got back.

The receptionist on the afternoon shift was fantastic when we stayed there! He was very kind and exceptional (unfortunately I don't remember his name). The cleaning was fantastic, even though we were a family of 4, it was impossible to keep everything organized, the cleaning staff did a good job.

Great location & staff was very friendly. Got some great tips regarding coffee shops & other places to visit.

Hallways & rooms were fairly small, which may not he for everybody. Rooms are basically only for sleeping, can’t really chill in there.

The location was spot on the beds blankets and pillows amazing nice shower!! Staff were great too! Literally 5 minutes from the station too!

Can’t really say there’s anything I didn’t like although the stairs could be better a bit steep for my liking lol but all the good points overruled that
