I had a wonderful experience at hotel. It was great, with clean rooms, bedding, and towels. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I especially appreciated how quiet the hotel was, offering a perfect retreat after city explorations. The location is also absolutely ideal, making it easy to get around and see all the sights. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and quiet stay with excellent service and a fantastic location.

Amazing location, not sure if you can be more central, 2 minute walk away from the Centraal station and 2 minutes away from the square with the Palace. Shops, restaurants and bars right on the street below, but we didn`t have any trouble with noise from them as the rooms are at the back of the building. The rooms were cleaned during the day, beds made and fresh towels put for us. The room was the perfect size for what we needed, 3 beds, and enough space to store luggage. We only really used the room to sleep and were out for most of the days and night and the room was absolutely perfect for this. Toilets and shower, although not ensuite, were really clean and modern and they were shared by a low number of people so we were never waiting for the toilet or a shower. There was a sink with a mirror in our room which to brush teeth etc. The room also came with some soap/shampoo sachets, which was useful as 2 people in our group forgot to bring any. Every time we entered or left, even very late at night, someone was monitoring reception and there if we had any issues (we didn`t have any but nice to know help was availiable). All the staff we spoke to were lovely and friendly, making jokes with us as we checked in and made checking out very easy and fast. Great value too, we were looking around and this was around the same price for 3 of us as it was for us to stay in a shared dorm in a hostel.

We didn`t have any problems, we found the room and entire stay lovely, but the only thing we thought others might want to know before booking is that we didn`t have an ensuite bathroom. They were just across the corridor, very clean, very modern, and there was never a queue for either the toilet or the shower. They were absolutely fine for us, but if you insist on having an ensuite, it`s worth knowing that not all rooms have them.

I have to say, the location of this hotel is incredibly convenient! It’s just about a 4-minute walk from the train station, and getting to the town centre is even easier. It was perfect for us to explore the area at night without needing any transport. just a 7-minute walk back to the hotel. And if you get hungry late at night, there’s a McDonald’s right downstairs. Highly recommended!

This ia a basic hotel with shared toilet and shower facilities. The staff are exceptional! The big guy on reception is the most hospitable man ever, nothing is too much trouble for him, a real asset to this business and one of the reasons we shall stay here again.

Bed wasnt the best although as somewhere warm and comfortable to crash out after a long day sightseeing it was perfectly adequate. Plus points more than made up for this like location, customer service, cleanliness.

This hotel is extremely good value for money given it's prime location directly across from centraal station. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. I was pleased to see cleaning products available in the shared bathroom for guests to utilise if they wish. The staff are very friendly and helpful

the receptionist lady was very lovely and welcoming, as well as the little cat!! our room was very clean, and were provided with a cooling fan which was very appreciated. the shared facilities were kept reasonably clean.

(to no fault of the hotel) our room was ridiculously hot (about 33°c) - the sun beamed in all afternoon and we couldn’t open the windows properly as they opened inwards and my bed was in the way. the fan helped slightly, but we were still quite uncomfortable. there was also some pistachio shells in the shared shower that were left there for at least 36hrs, I would have expected them to be cleaned out sooner given it was communal.

I used to go all the tym when I was younger in I e mostly stayed there as location is brilliant with McDonalds below ya train station ryt across the road. It's under new management but cld have been Amy nicer but head up on the landing where Ur room is Its a shared bathroom in toilet but other than than it's a place to get the head down.

We got a room with the most beautiful view of the canal and Amsterdam city, on the highest floor. I really appreciate the fact that we booked a room with sharing a bathroom but they upgraded us to this amazing room with a private bathroom and just an incredible window view. As this was my first trip to Amsterdam with my best friend, we were really happy staying here and would definitely come back if we ever visit again. The room seems to be renovated recently and has a brand new comfortable bed and everything was spotlessly clean. I would recommend this place for a short trip stay and you will definitely have privacy here.

The toilet and shower are in the same area, while you are showering there is no way to collect the water that runs out around the toilet seat, plus the whole Amsterdam can watch you while showering if you don't put the curtains down. I also find it funny how they manage to put sockets on the top of the wall, so we couldn't even reach out to it, to charge our phones, thankfully I had my portable charger.

The Hotel is located just a few minutes away from the Amsterdam central station. Supermarkets, restaurants and public transportation all in the near. If you have low budget and can’t afford expensive hotel then this hotel is the perfect choice. The lady in the reception was really friendly and helpful to us🙏. If we come back to Amsterdam we will definitely stay here again

Central location to all the great sights, very friendly helpful staff & an all round great place to stay, we were just disappointed having 2 return home after such a great time away yet again, we have stayed in this hotel multiple times & wudnt stay anywhere else in Amsterdam, it's def a great place 2 stay
