A lovely place for a stay in Amsterdam. With public transport round the corner or just a 12 minute walk to the central station. We also made good use of the supermarket round the corner. The room has WiFi, a good size tv, a very comfy bed and a lovely shower. We also were given some complimentary drinks on arrival (tea, coffee, orange juice and wine). We were able to check in slightly earlier as the host messaged us to say when the room was ready. He also made sure to introduce himself when we saw him, give us some pointers of where to go and to make sure we knew to get in touch if there was anything we needed. We had a lovely stay - thank you!! 😊

The location was excellent. Carlos the host was so helpful. Our arrival was late because of flight delays meaning it was midday before we arrived. Carlos was there to help with bags. Entry to room is keyless and so easy. Would stay there again.

Everything was great. The stairs were steep but once used to them were not a problem. The blurb about the property on booking.com does mention them.

The bed was comfy, water pressure & heat was great, hosts were highly responsive & accommodating. Easy access to the premier canal, with a grocery store around the corner. Walked to Anne Frank, Pancake Bakery, Winkel 43, Cafe de Zon with ease.

This is a lovely, updated building… it’s still typical older European sizing. If you’re large in stature, the old buildings have narrow/steep stairs and smaller bathrooms. If you know in advance, it’s easier to embrace as part of the experience. I’m also used to Air B&B where bottles of water and little extras are provided. That said, I wouldn’t want to increase the price of this location for those amenities. AH is around the corner lol Not ideal if you’re planning to use the tram a ton.

It’s very clean, quiet and has all the amenities you might need. The neighbourhood is also very nice - lots of restaurants, supermarkets, cafes. The host was also very helpful and kind

Location fantastic, shower with underfloor heating was brilliant. Bed comfortable & the room was clean.

Could of provided some cutlery & a couple of bowls & plates. A bit noisy above & room next door but went back to sleep so wasn’t a big problem

First of all Carlos was there to meet us and helped with our luggage. We felt very safe with the security getting in to our unit. The unit itself was very nice and plenty big and had a very nice bathroom. If we ever come back to Amsterdam we will definitely stay here!!!

Location. Easy to walk to local sites. About a half mile from the train station. Loved the area!!

The steep stairs, but it was part of the description so knew what to expect.

The room doesn't have air conditioning so can feel warm. I asked for a fan after my first night as I had to close the windows because mosquitoes were coming in.

Amazing place, cleaned super well, nice and spacious, facilities fantastic and location absolutely perfect. If you’re staying in Amsterdam - look no further! A nice walk to many parks, centre of town, activities, train station and nice and quiet!!
