Good location

Very small and tight spiral staircase Even more difficult lugging your luggage in a very tight spiral staircase. We had 5 large suitcases to negotiate this and on checking out we ended up lifting them over the railings when one of us stood on the ledge of the canal. This was far easier than using this narrow and dangerous spiral staircase. Many times we fell on this staircase walking up and down alone. I can imagine how difficult it would be for those who are bariatric! Wished we could use the lift (there is one but reseved for staff use only). Lastly, wifi password should be displayed in each room. We arrived after 23:00h and could not see it displayed in one area.

it's nice to have washing machine but it would be nice to have instruction on how to operate. it's not that far from the station but I wouldnt say very close either if you are adults you can handle it but if you travel with kids there is bus stop about 2 mins walk from the house. and you can only take bus through main station to get back.

We had a fantastic stay at this aparthotel! The location is excellent – we walked everywhere and never needed public transport. The area is peaceful, and even though a train passes nearby, it didn’t disturb us at all. The apartment itself is very spacious, modern, and well-equipped, making our stay extremely comfortable. The beds are very comfortable, and the bedding is pleasant, adding to a great night's sleep. The bathroom is also great, with quality amenities and pleasant cosmetics. Highly recommend!

As is often the case in Europe, the walls and doors are on the thinner side, so sounds from neighbors can sometimes be heard. It wasn’t a major issue for us, as we’re quite used to it, but it’s something to be aware of. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

The property was exactly as described, nothing more, nothing less. Basic but all we needed. Check in and out was digital and very easy. The only issue was it was still being cleaned as we arrived but this didn’t cause disruption. The property was in a quiet suburban location just a couple of steps from a bustling street with loads of fabulous cafes, restaurants and vintage shops. Everything was in easy walking distance including Amsterdam Centraal. Thoroughly recommend.

The sofa and chairs were not terribly comfortable, but we didn’t spend a huge amount of time at the apartment so it didn’t matter hugely.

Having access to the patio was the best part, especially since with six people even this larger aparthotel could get a little crowded. Location is really close to what seemed to me to be an older and nicer side of the city plus many of the places you’d want to be were within walking distance. It’s across a rail line from where any pedestrian traffic is, so it’s super quiet but super accessible. The pub in the neighborhood was also the place to hang out at.

Minor, but the stairs were a little treacherous with big bags.

Great location. Well equipped. Great views onto one of the canals. The property had fans and a safe. Communication with the company was excellent. Checking in and out was seamless. I really like having a digital code for entry to the property as there is no key to carry. I felt very secure. Couldn't work out the Aircon, but had I messaged the company I'm sure they would have sorted it instantly. The fans were ample on this occasion. The apartment was a ten minute walk from the central station and just a few minutes from shops, cafes etc.

The steep and narrow steps to the apartment. Very difficult with a large suitcase. It seems a lot of buildings in the Netherlands have these stairs, but might be worth noting in the advertisement for the property. It's not suitable for anyone with limited/restricted mobility.

The check in was not easy. Multiple phone calls and a journey to off-site area hauling all our luggage to retrieve keys was quite frustrating, but staff were helpful.

excellent find in Amsterdam. clean, large, spacious, with a lovely outdoor space, with great communication from the host. everything was digital so no need to interact with staff at any point, but they were always on hand.

There were some quite narrow and difficult steps down into the apartment which were no trouble for us as we are in our 30s but for older guests or those with children, getting suitcases down these would be a consideration. Also it is worth noting that the apartment is slightly outside the centre - if you look at the map, the centre of Amsterdam is where all the concentric canals are and towards the central station. but, all of this was no more than 30 minutes walk from the apartment.

Loved that we could sit outside on the terrace overlooking the canal. It was very peaceful and relaxing. The rooms were fine.

Getting in to the building was confusing and required calls to management. While the descriptions indicated it was possible to store luggage at the building if needed, all of the lockers were full and we had to lug around suitcases, car seats, crib for an entire day before we were able to check in.

Brilliant location, residential area, overlooking a canal, 10 mns walk from Centraal station with tram, metro and bus links excellent for exploring the city - greet brown bar with excellent food just next to the apartments, little childens playground and local shops in easy walking distance. Was initially concerned about apartments proximity to main rail line into Centraal but wasn't disturbed by train noise at all. Basic supplies provided which is always so helpful for a short stay and wifi that was stable - bonus

Stairs are steep and spiral but completley in keeping wth most staircases in Amsterdam - just worth bearing in mind when booking if accessibility is an issue.
