Rooms was good with great view

Staff at reception, as I was speaking with one of them asking for a wake up call & another rudely interrupted my conversation without understanding what we were talking about. House keeping they were not filling the tea & coffee regularly on daily basis & we had to request multiple times to bring it to us. I requested to book a ride to the train station & confirm back to me several times & they never confirmed till I physically showed up at reception.

Perfect location, 10 minutes walk from train station. Quiet part of the city and we had lovely views of the river. Very comfortable bed and pillows, which always helps. Friendly staff.

Shower tray had lost its non stick and was extremely slippery. Reception said they’d send more towels so we could stand in them but they didn’t appear. With floor to ceiling glass giving excellent views, robes would have been appreciated to protect our modesty.

Unfortunately when we where staying there was work ongoing in the hotel but we where well looked after because of the distribution and got an amazing upgrade. I can’t wait to see all the upgrades to the hotel.

Room size and location were good.

Heavy dust, old styled, full of garbage underneath of bed. If not cleaned well, no one can stand the dust inside of the room

Modern design and stylish decor. Room was spacious, clean, and offered stunning views of the harbor. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Very very friendly staff, they are always ready to assist. Major plus—conveniently close to the central station, city center, yet peacefully situated.

Lift was too slow, price was quite expensive.

Perfect location short walk into town and central station. Quiet and safe area of the city. Beautiful hotel. Super friendly, helpful and professional staff. Rooms were very clean, housekeeping were lovely and accommodating. We paid for a upper room floor room which had a beautiful view of the marina. Room was spacious. Shower and a bath in the room was great. Water pressure was amazing. Pillows were like sleeping on a cloud. Staff left us a cute note and gift upon arrival for our anniversary which was a very lovely and much appreciated touch. I will most definitely recommend staying at the hotel to couples, friends, family and any professionals for a trip to the city. Ideal for all types of travelers. Such an ideal place to be for the week. I will most definitely be looking to stay again next time I am in Amsterdam. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Very hard to find anything to not like. Overall was a stay beyond expectation. We really loved it here. The only very small thing was the room was quite warm consistently . Although this was refreshing and lovely after coming in from the bitter cold after our days out, at night it was uncomfortable at times. We did try using the temperature control in the room but no matter how low we had set it to the room did not want to drop below 21 degrees. Overall this is nothing to really complain about. We are very happy with our stay and will still be back.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. Firstly, the location is absolutely fantastic. The hotel is situated just a 2-minute walk from the nearest public transport and a mere 7-8 minute walk from the Central station. This made exploring the city a breeze. The front desk staff, particularly Giulia, deserve special mention. She was incredibly polite, helpful, and took the time to understand my travel needs for the city. Her recommendations were spot on, and I appreciated her warm and welcoming demeanor. The rooms were of a decent size, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. I slept soundly every night, which is a testament to the hotel's attention to detail. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to all travelers. Its excellent location, comfortable rooms, and outstanding staff make it an ideal choice for anyone visiting the city.

Staff, friendly and helpful. Food at breakfast was exceptional.

Bed was a bit too soft. No instructions for air conditioner, which turned out not to be working. The room was quite warm. Wasn't sure if the fridge was on. Couldn't see how to put it on. Evening restaurant menu was disappointing. All fried food and not much choice. Directions to stairs down were absent. Did not know where to go to get out in a fire. Stairs not clearly marked. All signs on the wall were very pale in print, making it difficult to read.

We loved our room it was beautiful we got a beautiful view. We saw the trains, boats, people walking and cycling. Ironically, the hotel is opposite the police station but it was not noisy at all. The staff were very helpful and kind especially Nelson was extremely nice he went beyond for us. I wouldn’t recommend the restaurant in the hotel for breakfast too crowded, noisy and busy plus hate buffet when too many people talking over food. I recommend going across the street for breakfast. Overall, we are going back to this hotel and we will recommend to everyone.

Very well presented hotel, only a 10-15 minutes walk from Amsterdam Centraal station. Reception staff was kind and informative. The room was quite large and clean overall. The bed was super comfortable, and we couldn't hear a single sound outside our room, so we really had some good nights sleep. The bar & restaurant on the dock is great for either a quiet, relaxing drink or a quick meal when you don't fancy going to the city centre. I would recommend this hotel if you're seeking a relaxing type of holiday.

This is something really bizarre about the room and, more specifically, the placement of the television. So, in front of the bed you have nothing but a white wall, but then in the corner you have the television, which faces towards the windows. Who's supposed to watch it, the seagulls outside?! Coffee & tea facility in the room was ok, the choice was a bit scarce.
