Excellent location - you can walk from Amsterdam Centraal station and you can walk to Anne Frank’s House and the canals. All under 10 minutes! The hotel was newly renovated and very clean. The rooms are big - we had a twin which was 2 double beds and great as a family room. Fantastic views of the docks, harbour and boats. The breakfast was delicious and open until 12 noon so great for leisurely mornings. Great choice of food and staff very friendly. We had to check out before breakfast on the last day and they made us breakfast boxes to take away - perfect for our return journey!

The lifts are a little slow when busy but it’s a minor point and the only thing l can think of in an otherwise perfect stay!

Rooms was good with great view

Staff at reception, as I was speaking with one of them asking for a wake up call & another rudely interrupted my conversation without understanding what we were talking about. House keeping they were not filling the tea & coffee regularly on daily basis & we had to request multiple times to bring it to us. I requested to book a ride to the train station & confirm back to me several times & they never confirmed till I physically showed up at reception.

Perfect location, 10 minutes walk from train station. Quiet part of the city and we had lovely views of the river. Very comfortable bed and pillows, which always helps. Friendly staff.

Shower tray had lost its non stick and was extremely slippery. Reception said they’d send more towels so we could stand in them but they didn’t appear. With floor to ceiling glass giving excellent views, robes would have been appreciated to protect our modesty.

Unfortunately when we where staying there was work ongoing in the hotel but we where well looked after because of the distribution and got an amazing upgrade. I can’t wait to see all the upgrades to the hotel.

Room size and location were good.

Heavy dust, old styled, full of garbage underneath of bed. If not cleaned well, no one can stand the dust inside of the room

The hotel enjoys a beautiful and clean location, conveniently close to the city and the train station, which can be easily reached from the property. The atmosphere is quiet and pleasant, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious options and stays open until 12 a.m., which is a great advantage. However, given the restaurant’s large size and the high number of guests, having more staff on duty would make the dining experience even better. One small improvement that could make a big difference for guests would be to provide complimentary water in the rooms.

Perfect location short walk into town and central station. Quiet and safe area of the city. Beautiful hotel. Super friendly, helpful and professional staff. Rooms were very clean, housekeeping were lovely and accommodating. We paid for a upper room floor room which had a beautiful view of the marina. Room was spacious. Shower and a bath in the room was great. Water pressure was amazing. Pillows were like sleeping on a cloud. Staff left us a cute note and gift upon arrival for our anniversary which was a very lovely and much appreciated touch. I will most definitely recommend staying at the hotel to couples, friends, family and any professionals for a trip to the city. Ideal for all types of travelers. Such an ideal place to be for the week. I will most definitely be looking to stay again next time I am in Amsterdam. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Very hard to find anything to not like. Overall was a stay beyond expectation. We really loved it here. The only very small thing was the room was quite warm consistently . Although this was refreshing and lovely after coming in from the bitter cold after our days out, at night it was uncomfortable at times. We did try using the temperature control in the room but no matter how low we had set it to the room did not want to drop below 21 degrees. Overall this is nothing to really complain about. We are very happy with our stay and will still be back.

Modern design and stylish decor. Room was spacious, clean, and offered stunning views of the harbor. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Very very friendly staff, they are always ready to assist. Major plus—conveniently close to the central station, city center, yet peacefully situated.

Lift was too slow, price was quite expensive.

Room service: The quality of cleaning was poor. Room arrangements were poor, they didn’t put efforts to clean the hair dressing table. They didn't refill the shower gel container for 2 days , although we’ve informed the receptionist for the first time, unfortunately no refill the container and no toilet tissue. We’ve complained to the reception for the second time, neither they cleaned our room , nor refilled the containers!. We informed the reception for the third time, we surprised about their excuse that “we have hanged “don’t disturb” on the door! Which is not true.
