The property is approx 15m walk to centraal station and close to the science museum so it’s the perfect location and super cheap if you need to Uber. The property is clean and the perfect size for two as well as the mezzanine style bedroom - which was the main reason we booked the room and it did not disappoint. We had an issue accessing the property via our phones so contacted via WhatsApp and they were absolutely brilliant, responded within seconds and was able to remotely give us access to the room. They also had a physical key dropped to us with 20 minutes of contacting them.

The stairs are rather narrow to enter the bedroom so it’s fine going up but very awkward coming down. There are no hooks or spaces in the bathroom to hang wet towels or even hang hand towels. The towel has to be held for almost 30 seconds for the bowl to completely flush and clear. The windows do not open at all so the front door needs to be kept open if your cooking/frying in the kitchen to allow the smell to escape.

The room is big, really comfy, luminous, and its in a quite place, so we could rest properly. it was clean, and well equipped. It's a couple of blocks away from the center of the city and the train station. It's all handed by an app, but they contact you by mail and WhatsApp and they were really helpful with everything.

there are a lots of apartments, so you can hear your neighbors going in and out, but its not a big problem actually. They all have been respectful during our stay.

We loved that we got upgraded to a one bedroom apartment.We loved the location and easy to get everywhere we wanted to go and had a great kitchen and lounge area.

Felt a bit dark and damp being in the basement. The toilet pipes made a horrible noise after you flushed. The windows didn’t open very wide and with no air con the place got stuffy at times. The mattress on the bed wasn’t the best as it dipped in the middle.

I felt free and relaxed but one thing the curtains did not give much privacy passers by could see you . So maybe have some privacy art way to have light come in but the space is great . also if there could be a signpost to find the place . I found it hard to. More people like me were lost lol .

I think I mentioned . I was told washing machine but there was none . Would be nice to have water stick as travelling tour we can be at thirst in the night times when we arrive .

Location is really good. The stuff is in touch all the time. We had the problem with the water flow in the shower. It was repaired quickly, I even don't know when. All necessary kitchen facilities.

Very poor noise insulation. Little space for our things. There was dirty in the corridor because of the repairments when we arrived. And it stayed dirty all four days of our staying.

Not too far of a walk from the central station (Amsterdam Centraal), quirky studio with good amenities provided. Wifi speeds were good.

Signs of wear & tear around the property, as well as spiders, but nothing major which can be helped!

Location is good, very near to station central. ApartHotel with code door, no have intercom :( . Staff 10, very kind . Suporte 24 hour is amazing

Close to train station.

Difficult to take luggage in and out of location. Too many levels. Almost fell taking luggage through courtyard. Also hit my head repeatedly on protruding “box on the wall” on the right side when entering the main door.

I like the way it was quiet and in one of the old style townhouses that have been converted into apts for people to stay

Would be nice to be able to open the windows properly off a morning so that was abit of a let down but overall good place

The living area was spacious. It was easy to get between both apartments. Clean, friendly. Requested two different services and received prompt responses.

This is probably not in control of the host but the outside front sidewalk was littered with food, broken glass for duration of stay.
