Actually surprisingly good for a 2 star. The place was spotless. The staff were lovely & welcoming & friendly. It was room only but had a lovely lounge area on the bottom floor that we didn’t see till our last day. Location was perfect near shops & restaurants. Taxi from airport to door was €32. Would definitely stay here again.

Us Irish like the odd cup of tea so it would have been a nice idea to have the option in the room with no breakfast option. There was a tea/ coffee machine in the lounge room to purchase. It was a little noisy at night time but you would expect that in a city. Don’t let the smell put you off at the door way . It was very clean .

The cleanliness was very good, cleaned everyday. The beds were comfy, the mattresses are very thin but still very comfy The size of the room was correct. The staff was nice and always here if we needed The location is incredible!! In the center of the city No huge decoration but still was okay, the bathroom design was nice for a 2 stars Isolation was also correct for this standing of hotel

It’s too bad that there is no breakfast serving even if there are plenty of brunch outside… We stayed there 5 days. Our room had the window broken… but like, really broken, we could not close it. Because we were on the ground floor, anyone could have come into our room to steal anything or anything else. We are lucky Amsterdam looks like a safe place. Unfortunately, even if it was told several times to the secretary, no one repared it or told us to change the room or upgrade us. Only on the last night, one of the staff asked me if I wanted to change room. Useless and unprofessional after 4nights spent already.

Staff was lovely, had new bed sheets, towels and top up on toilet roll everyday although i would have like to be told before we stayed that they would clean your room everyday, it was still very nice clean and very polite staff, i would recommend to anyone to stay here, destination was in the middle of everything aswell.

just to have a do not disturb sign on the door so we could have a choice if we wanted our room cleaned or not, and that the staff knock your door while your in which scared me every time as could have been getting changed.

Private underground parking for motorcycles, which is one of two main reasons we chose this hotel as it is very hard to find in this city, the other reason is that it is right in the centre on Amsterdam. Its an ok hotel, but our main criteria were parking and proximity.

I cant comment on other rooms in this hotel, but our room probably came third in the "worlds smallest hotel room" competition, it was very tight, made smaller by the sloping roof, probably not helped by two blokes with a load of motorcycle gear being in it. Theres also not much in the way of amenities, theres a small room on the bottom floor with some chairs and a vending machine, but thats your lot!

Downtown Amsterdam is a beautiful place, but parking is VERY hard to find. This hotel offers parking! Huge difference maker! The three features offered by this hotel offers that were most important for me were: - affordable price per night - access to parking (40€ per day was about average across all hotels) - great location!! 20 minute walk to the downtown!! 3 minutes from a tram stop! For a hotel with parking access for an affordable price point , this hotel is as close as you're gonna get to the city center. Other places may be closer to the center, but they either don't have parking or it is twice the price! You are going to Amsterdam for the experience, the beauty, the city life. This hotel offers a safe place to stay whole you travel, 24hr desk staff, elevator, security cameras, locked garage.

The room is very modest. No amenities like a microwave or fridge. Very narrow for multiple people. But if you keep in mind the other advantages the hotel offers with it's great location, parking access, and it's affordable price point...that definitely makes up for the rather spartan amenities.

Close to all local amenities. Private bathroom better than expected, for small room booking. Also cleaner than expected as I was going off the previous rating, so definitely would book this hotel again for short stay in Amsterdam.

Can hear most movement throughout the building and especially if located on ground floor by elevator and under stairs.

very good location near tram with comfy beds. We had 3 people on 3 twins separate beds. went in June so was hot but had enough windows to open for air flow. worth considering if you need AC. they did have a table fan in room. Traditional European sized bathroom. It is above 2 local bars/pubs nearby so could hear people outside talking so play white noise on phone if windows are open at night.

wouldnt provide more than 1 key card per room even when we asked. they have 24/7 desk service so was able to get let into room if we split up from the group.

The stuff was nice, the room was very clean, the location is perfect. We had enough room for our stuff, the toilet was in good state. We got the room cleaned every day.

The check-in time was delayed for about 20 minutes. After that, we were told we can't get the room we ordered that have 4 single beds and they have only room with a bunk bed. I had to insist and then wait another 20 minutes to get the room we ordered. This is on the hotel, but also on BOOKING.COM because you always need to make sure that the hotel have the room and the beds you offer the customer.

We were three and only gave us 1 key on the first stay. The second day when we ask a different lady she gives us more key. Some ego issues with the employees? Really depends on the mood of the employees who work there to get 1 key or 2 key at least i payed 800 euros plz.

I booked a last minute trip to Amsterdam and was looking for a budget hotel I had read the reviews and wasn’t very hopeful but I was very pleased with this hotel it’s in a perfect location , it’s very clean and cosy it’s perfect for a few days , it also has 2 of the friendliest cats !! I’d really really recommend this accommodation
