Fantastic location but that's why we booked here. Upon arrival we were checked in and given room 103. Room was large and clean, the shower was hot and also clean. Unfortunately the radiator wasn't working so we reported it to reception and a fella came down to have a look. He felt the radiator for a few mins turning knobs etc but all yo no avail, he then bought us an electric heater to help warm the room. Next day we were moved to another room that was warm and also very clean. Staff were helpful and once we were warm the hotel was very good for the money. The dest staff are very nice and helpful.

Grate room cleaning service fresh towls every day and toiletries,Grate location, coffee shops on your door step and plenty more just mins away,plenty of food and restaurants to pick from just second away short walk from big shops,and dart just a min away that take you to where ever you may want a go , 2 stops from central station.

I asked for a viewed room with a window and got a small window with a Hugh tree blocking any light coming into the room

Our 3rd time here, was Lovely and clean, everything we needed for our stay, we had clean sheets and towels every day, we was on the second floor. Only 25 minute walk from the train station or very quick ride on the tram, easy to find, in a great area of Amsterdam, all the canals are beautiful, perfect coffeeshop next door and lots of food places around. Will definitely be back again.

Only problem we had was that the door to the corridor from your room to the stairs kept slamming when people went through and the tv was too high up the wall.

Very central, clean, beds changed. We arrived early in Amsterdam, 8am, and messaged them could we check in earlier, they said no but we could drop off our luggage at anytime, same when departing, we were able to leave our luggage there as our flight was at 9pm. Staff nice and helpful.

No kettle in room. Room small but if you are gone all day it doesn't matter.

the hotel was really nice and accommodating as we added a extra person late in to the booking. hotel was fine and what we needed. quite basic but very clean and we got new towels every day. front of house staff were friendly. free tea and coffee from machine was nice touch in the morning. i would recommend, however to note this is not in central Amsterdam and a good 25 min walk to central bit, so pack walking shoes :)

Fairly central location in a vibrant area of town

On the 4th floor and no lifts so long way up to walk with bags and tired legs. Room could do with an update, paintwork shabby. Can only shower with bathroom door closed as sign said would set off smoke alarm! Got extremely hot and steamy and took ages to clear so couldn’t use the only mirror as none in the bedroom.

Perfect position for both visit the city and reach the airport. I can't stress enough how the strategic location allows you to walk basically everywhere within 30 minutes. The staff is very friendly and available for any request. We suffered no noise from both workers fixing the road and a club in front of the hotel.

My room (in the basement) had strong smell coming from the he WC, but keeping the door close avoided further issues. The bed way too soft for my preferences. Ask in advance about the deposit as I've been forced to take 100€ in cash as per their information but once arrived at the hotel they've informed me credit card would have been sufficient.
