Friendly staff and a very well kept property in a very busy and bustling part of town, ideal for those who like to be in the thick of the action. Everything you need is on the doorstep and with transport links a 45 second walk away you couldn't ask for anything better.

Very warm room (203) with a fan for cooling, this was ok if you open a window so it moves cool air around but that let's the mozzies in who had a feast on me so I had to deal with the heat. Nothing else to complain about. Great place to stay

The staff are the real standout at this hotel. They are so friendly and welcoming every time you step in and out of the hotel. The hotel is very well located, just a short walk to all the main attractions (Van Gogh museum, Anne Frank House, Palace)

While not an issue for us, there is no elevator so if you may want to request a room on the lower floor if you find stairs difficult. The hotel does not provide breakfast but there is a lovely cafe right across the road. No air conditioning was for us the biggest issue as the first day we arrived is was unseasonably warm (around 20 degrees) and the room was very hot, even with the fan that was provided.

Fantastic location but that's why we booked here. Upon arrival we were checked in and given room 103. Room was large and clean, the shower was hot and also clean. Unfortunately the radiator wasn't working so we reported it to reception and a fella came down to have a look. He felt the radiator for a few mins turning knobs etc but all yo no avail, he then bought us an electric heater to help warm the room. Next day we were moved to another room that was warm and also very clean. Staff were helpful and once we were warm the hotel was very good for the money. The dest staff are very nice and helpful.

Cold room upon arrival but was sorted next day.

No fuss check in/out. Able to drop off bags before check in and leave secure after check out. Great location. Restaurants, bars, parks, shopping, tourist attractions all close by. Not noisy at all. Only thing I could hear was the trams if the windows were open. This was my third stay here with my wife, each time a different room. No problems.

The only issue is there's nothing to moan about. 😀

Grate room cleaning service fresh towls every day and toiletries,Grate location, coffee shops on your door step and plenty more just mins away,plenty of food and restaurants to pick from just second away short walk from big shops,and dart just a min away that take you to where ever you may want a go , 2 stops from central station.

I asked for a viewed room with a window and got a small window with a Hugh tree blocking any light coming into the room

Our 3rd time here, was Lovely and clean, everything we needed for our stay, we had clean sheets and towels every day, we was on the second floor. Only 25 minute walk from the train station or very quick ride on the tram, easy to find, in a great area of Amsterdam, all the canals are beautiful, perfect coffeeshop next door and lots of food places around. Will definitely be back again.

Only problem we had was that the door to the corridor from your room to the stairs kept slamming when people went through and the tv was too high up the wall.

perfect , receptionist Kathelijn is very nice womenand very helpful, we had good conversation during check out, wonderful actually nice one .keep going hope see you once again might be in Belgium

Location was great, very central but still quiet and calm. Had a nice green view from our window. Room was simple and comfortable with a nice bathroom and shower. Staff were helpful and friendly. Everything we needed!

Very central, clean, beds changed. We arrived early in Amsterdam, 8am, and messaged them could we check in earlier, they said no but we could drop off our luggage at anytime, same when departing, we were able to leave our luggage there as our flight was at 9pm. Staff nice and helpful.

No kettle in room. Room small but if you are gone all day it doesn't matter.

the hotel was really nice and accommodating as we added a extra person late in to the booking. hotel was fine and what we needed. quite basic but very clean and we got new towels every day. front of house staff were friendly. free tea and coffee from machine was nice touch in the morning. i would recommend, however to note this is not in central Amsterdam and a good 25 min walk to central bit, so pack walking shoes :)
