This was perfect for our short stay in Amsterdam. Although Karanne wasn't able to meet us in person, she was very helpful and communicative and the check in/out process was very smooth. The location was ideal and we were within walking distance of all the main city attractions. The kitchen was well-equipped and we had everything we needed. We appreciated the coffee machine and the extra refreshments in the hamper and fridge! If we came back to Amsterdam we would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Karanne was a spectacular host! We loved staying in the location where her own family lives. It felt like home! She had it well stocked with any amenities we needed. We had a warm welcome and spectacular communication. We are so grateful to have found this place! The surrounding area is lively, but the noise didn't bother us as the apartment is lower level and cozy and quiet despite being right in the middle of everything.

We absolutely loved the apartment and it was in the perfect place to explore Amsterdam. Karanne was a lovely host who had thought of everything you could possibly need. Would highly recommend and will definitely return..

The location was great! The apartment was comfortable, but what made it really good was all the extras included, i.e., coffee, tea, toiletries, milk, beer, and many other thoughtful things. The host was lovely and friendly 😊

If staying in one room with three other people isn't for you, then you should probably get a bigger apartment with more than one room . However, we were out most of the time, so it wasn't a major issue.

The location was very central, spacious and clean. But what made our stay the most enjoyable was how great the host was, I would definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent location. Really cosy lovely place to return back to after a full day out. Beds were really comfortable. Host was really lovely. There were nice little welcoming touches in the apartment, like a nice welcome sign with our names, beers & water in the fridge for us, plus chocolates, and a jar of useful nicknacks for us to use in case we forgotten anything like a pack of new toothbrushes, new razor blades, hair bands, facial wipes etc. which we all thought was very thoughtful. Highly recommend for group of friends or a family of 4. I will definitely book this place again if (when) I come back to Amsterdam.

The host was kind and communicative. So many little touches that added to our stay. We walked to all the main museums (8 min or so) and shops, though you could easily walk to the trams to take you across town.

It was great. Just be mindful it is a basement apartment, though upstairs hosts were not loud and we never heard them.

Perfect location close to Leidseplein and surrounded by restaurants and bars. The appartment is extremely well equipped with comfortable beds. Lots of nice touches, like an assortment of coffee and tea, some useful sanitary products. The host is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it!

It’s located below ground level, so not much natural light.

The apartment is clean, the owners did everything to make us feel at home. Everything is within walking distance: restaurants of any cuisine, shops, attractions. we did not use public transport. I definitely recommend this apartment for a short stay in Amsterdam. ❤️

Very central location, apartment seems well insulated - very quiet and easy to get sleep! It’s very well thought out, with everything you might need. Karanne and her family were so welcoming.
