This place had the WOW factor, loved everything about it from the hosts, location, facilities, room & breakfast. Everything was to a very high standard & made you feel special. Often when everything looks so good it isn’t as practical or comfortable but I can assure you this wasn’t the case. We had a very comfortable stay. Breakfast is served a couple of doors down & was totally amazing. Choice was incredible & by far the best breakfast of our whole holiday. Again presentation was phenomenal & tasted delicious.

Planning our trip we only had one night here wish we could have stayed longer.

Location was great for restaurants and shopping and old main square. It was a 15 minute walk from bus or train station. Everything we needed was available in room. We took the basic bikes out for a ride to Arkel. We did not have breakfast so cannot comment. I like the idea of a hotel with rooms scattered between buildings.

It seems we got an upgrade to a deluxe suite with a terrace. It is suite 1 I think. The bed is up a metal stair and if you are taller than 5ft8in you cannot stand up in the bedroom area. Some may not enjoy this setup.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. What a beautifully designed, well appointed apartment on the Langendijk. A beautiful shopping street in central Gorinchem. Self catering, close to supermarkets, cafes, hairdressers and the Grote Markt. This area is a picturesque perfect area of the Netherlands. Take bikes and ferries to Sleewijk, Woudrichem, Fort Vuren. A must see. Cruise ships berth in Gorinchem, so sometimes a little busy. Visit Museum Hamel House. History between Holland and Korea. 6euros entry!!!!!

Beautiful hotel, friendly and welcoming lady on reception - so sorry, I forgot to ask your name. I believe she is the owner but am not 100% sure. The room was clean, bright, comfortable but also cosy. Great location!!!!! Highly recommend this hotel. We did not eat breakfast ourselves but it looked fantastic when I popped into the breakfast room to return our room key.

Nice location in a quiet location in the town but close to bars, restaurants etc. The small kitchenette was very welcome allowing us to self cater. Comfortable bed.

It may have only been €5.0 but in a 3 month European tour this was the only hotel we stayed in where they charged to store our bicycles. Having charged us €190 for a single night without breakfast we felt the hotel is overpriced.

Lovely little hotel in the middle of a charming town. The hotel is spread over 5 or 6 separate traditional buildings which have been very sympathetically modernised and decorated. Rooms were very well equipped and comfortable. Only negatives were the modern opaque glass doors on the toilet / shower cubicle and the stairs were very steep. Breakfast was really lovely and the staff very nice and helpful. Super people.

As mentioned above the toilet / shower was opaque glass and not ideal. It also wasnt sound proof 🙄. If you have issues with steep stairs let the hotel know in advance and they may be able to get you a more suitable room.

The hotel is situated near the city’s downtown area, 2 minute walk to main city square which littered with nice restaurants and shopping. The breakfast was lovely, fresh orange juice and eggs made to order. Can recommend this boutique hotel to anyone.

Everything was excellent, no suggestions to make it better

A very warm welcome from the owner as well as the personnel at breakfast (breakfast was outstanding and very personalized). The room was spacious and very well equipped, with a personal decoration that makes you feel at home. Also, the owner was helping out at a critical point when I had to find a transport solution to reach my plane, which I did.

Beautiful studio, clean and very pleasant decoration. Comfy bed. Great place overall. I had a late check in and I couldn't understand the instructions to get the key but I called reception and they promptly helped me.

The blinds could be a bit easier to operate and the blind-curtain combination wasn't sufficient to cover light from outside to a good sleeping standard.

The reception lady was very friendly and really helped us for our late check-in. The rooms were very spacious and warmed up before we arrived. The Hotel is in the middle of the city with parking space close. Overall very happy with my stay! Excellent value for money.

Old dutch houses with thin walls. Doors were slammed by my neighbours and you could hear it very well. There was a fridge in my room that made a lot of noise.
