Room: The room was spatious for one person, but would be perfect for two if you don't have too much luggage. King king-sized bed was super wide and long, which was very nice! It was a mattress + a topper setup. TV had Netflix, and I had no issues logging in and using it for multiple days. The bathroom had a rain shower, sink, mirror with light, and a toilet. All of them worked as expected. The air conditioning was quiet and worked well. Food and Staff: Breakfast was good and fresh every day. Nothing extraordinary though. It is the same breakfast as you get at most hotels. Room service was brought to me within 15 minutes. I had some issues during my travel, and the staff were always super friendly and helped me with a smile, time and time again. Every time you entered or left the hotel you would be greeted by the front desk. I cannot comment on the bar or evening food as I did not use these during my stay. But every other table had people. Take it as you like. Varia: 20-25 electric charging spots. Though at 11kw max.

Very minor things: The floor was sometimes sticky in the orange juice section. The carpet in the hallways and rooms made it a tiny bit harder to roll suitcases.

The hotel is very well located near the motorway and has a very large carpark where parking is free. The room was well appointed and very quiet; we slept well. We would stay again.

There is room for improvement regarding the food. It's not expensive but it is standard fare and highly processed with a salad dressing that made you wonder whether someone had accidentally poured some perfume into the mix. The breakfast too was underwhelming except for the fruit salad.

Excellent staff and food kettle in room for drinks .location with free parking and fitness room. Exceptionally clean in rooms and about hotel (cleaners deserve recognition). I was there for 5 days and did not falter on standards of cleaning.

Unfortunately the fridge in the room never got cold and one day there was no milk in the hotel.. small thing I know so without a fridge no consumption of hot drink was able to happen.. I did report the fridge but was told they are being replaced soon enough

Its a hotel in a great location for Schiphol Airport. The parking lot was easy to access, and even had designated parking for women closer to the entry doors. The staff spoke English (appreciated), the room was spacious, well laid out and well lit. Everything I needed was in place, including a sliding door to hide the entry/bathroom area and a clothes line in the shower. Food in the sports bar was nice. Che k out was easy,, even at 4am. I'd stay again.

I didn't realize the room had two single beds shoved together. I almost fell into the crack during the night. That was the only challenge.

Male bar staff not attentive -poor customer service Bar staff (f) brought me bill for what I had already paid cash plus the new bill !!!!! The price of a glass of wine on the menu was €7 and I got charged €8 with reading that voice had gone up but menus out of date - not good at all Too far to walk into Gorinchem had to take car

Pet friendly. Easy to reach and Parking lot very generous.

The hotel offers very nice rooms for people with pets, however our room had carpet on the floor and the dog had a rough night because the hot temperature (so we couldn't rest properly). We tried the AC but after a few minutes the room (somehow) started smelling of strong cigarette smoke...it was just bad luck.

The room was very bright, spacey, clean and warm. The bathroom was very clean and bright. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, you name it, it was there: hot cooked breakfast, cold breakfast, fruits, various teas, coffee, too much to mention them all. The staff were very friendly and helpful too. Not far from the main roads, easy to get to my family: they live at various locations in Holland. Why did I not find this hotel before?

I realised on the last day (after 4 nights) that the sliding door to the patio was not locked. Ouch. Nothing had happened. Note to self: "Check sliding door on arrival!"

Very nice service, pleasant welcome by smiling ladies from the reception. Breakfast was very tasty with a large selection of dishes. You can also eat dinner in the restaurant - I did and everything was of high quality. Large and well-thought-out rooms, the sliding doors to the bathroom allow you to make better use of the space. If someone appreciates a comfortable bed, the bed in my room 308 was excellent, I slept like never before.

This is not a significant drawback, but rather a trifle: there were few vegetables at breakfast.

Modern hotel with very tasteful decor, but not formal. Plenty of parking space with good access to the motorway network. Good shower and plenty of choice for breakfast. The staff seemed very happy and were friendly and welcoming

There is a need to label breakfast items. Some items are very obvious without description, but some not e.g. was that yoghurt I was choosing? Was it flavoured? Or was it quark?

We had one night here beford our ferry back to the UK. It far outweighed our exoectations, everything looked and felt good quality. Breakfast was exceptional, i woukd happily have soent a week there. We had dinner in the restaurant, menu was a bit limited, slightly overpriced, but the foid was good, and if you take the price for the room and breakfast into account, a great nights sleep and 2 full bellies for less than £200😁
