It was very lovely countryside, loads of horses. Very good value for money for what you get...we actually had too many beds, there were like 5. There was a fridge and a way to make coffee so I was happy. Bathrooms were good, even if shared. Wonderful place to stay, will remember my time there fondly - the areas around are excellent for walking, we felt safe and happy to wander round.

Unless you rent a bike or cab it it's quite a way to the train station.

Beautiful location in the middle of nature, lots of animals, horses and birds, forest and water. Friendly people. Nice rooms, proper size with all facilities and some measure stuff, e.g. magazines and games.

Due to heavy rainfall, the sand paths in the wood became muddy. There were, however plenty other roads to enjoy nature by foot or bike.

Very nice and quiet location. The rooms are in the next door to the horse track, so very nice for horse's lovers. You wake up in the morning in a idyllic place.

The room is poor equipped ( room light and illumation is bad, too less plugs to load the mobile phone), kitchen equipment poor, and the shared bathroom and toilets is not the best option, but still acceptable.

Phenomenal property! A horse lover’s dream! We stayed as a family for a swim meet and couldn’t have been happier to be a little outside of Eindhoven and in the country. The rooms were perfect for sleeping and relaxing. Kitchenette was just right. The 2 communal bathrooms/showers met our needs.

I in love this place. Peaceful place with wonderful view and wonderful nature around. We walked round horses stables, very relaxing. Clean and big area inside the property. Friendly and welcoming owners

Very calm and peaceful environment with access to trails and recreation. It was enjoyable to see the horses each day, and the room was spacious, well-equipped and clean. Good parking as well. Very relaxing place to stay, I definitely recommend it.

Shared bathrooms, but these are individual access, very private and clean so not a problem at all.

We like the service from John, helping us with fotos of key location,door etc since we informed coming bit late. And place is like enjoyable with Kids, watching Horses, field around and so on. Kitchen is very nice with all kaffe,sugar etc.

Everything! The location, the apartment, the people, the food. We couldn’t have asked for more! We even had dressing gowns and footwear provided. If you get the chance to book here, do it. Don’t let the shared bathroom put you off; there are three bathrooms! We are definitely going to be back.

Amazing location to unwind. The property is on a farm and borders a nature reserve. From your living- and bedroom you overlook fields with horses with nothing but trees in the background. You're literally on the start of one or more nature trials good for walking, (mountain) biking and riding horses. A short drive/bike ride will take you to the train station and within 10 minutes you'll be in downtown Eindhoven. Beds were really comfortable and the nights are quiet over there. Breakfast was great care and plentiful, you will not go hungry! If you're looking for a place to really unwind and destress, this is it!

This is magic place, very close with nature, beautiful horses, just Amazing! The hosts are great, very nice and take care of everything. I travel a lot and I remember this place very exceptionally
