The facilities of this hotel were excellent. There was ample parking behind the property and the high street was down an ally way, where you can find clothing and retail shops and a small supermarket. We loved the delicatessen, which sold a huge variety of cheeses, dried meats, crackers, and other snacks. The breakfast was plentiful, featuring fresh fruit, yoghurt, huge bread basket, boiled egg, jams, cured meats and cheese and to top it all frequent coffee refils.

The facilties and hosts met all our expectations.

Best breakfast for me so far! Friendly staff served me individually my breakfast in the morning. Nice old fashion style room in river side. Nice scenery and city center near to you... approx. 300m walk to restaurants. This place is more close to B&B than hotel. You feel yourself almost as a family member.

Room temperature relative low. Old building with 1-layer windows. Road noise from street starts around 6am. No issue for me but take this issue into account.

I loved the Boutiek Hotel Kampen—a true gem. I have cycled round the world the past five years and stayed in hundreds and hundreds of hotels. This is a gem. Absolutely beautiful inside. A lovely common area. A gorgeous breakfast room and a perfect Dutch breakfast. My room was spare and beautiful and clean and comfortable and flooded with light. And it had a balcony to enjoy the air. Everything was beautiful. Stay here! Thank you to the lovely owner!

Wonderfull breakfas. Nice for a change to be served instead of a buffet. Appartmen was very clean and spacious. The location was perfect. Close to the parking lot and right in the center of town, while being very quiet. The lady that received us was very nice and helpfull.

Very good accommodation, good breakfast, great location in the town and just across the river from the train station. The owners were very pleasant and helpful. We would certainly stop here again. The room was comfortable and we could really relax during our visit.

Great place, lovely room, excellent facilities. The help yourself fridge bar and coffee facilities was a fantastic idea. (obviously you paid for beer, great choice at a good price) Breakfast fresh and very tasty. Car parking a huge bonus. Staff and owner couldn’t of been more helpful. The hotel is in a lovely location.

The staff was very helpful. As you'll read on Google reviews they help with parking but they're also very kind on the telephone and breakfast is actually served by them, not as a banquet.

We had a great time at Ineke en Jan's hotel. They are the best hosts you can imagine: attentive, super friendly, helpful and very clear. The location is amazing, the room is beautiful and a great breakfast. Comfortable bed, amazing shower and lots of space. We could park right in front of the hotel and leave the car there since everything in Kampen is at walking distance. We'll definitely come back!

Overal very good service. Breakfast was very personal and very good. We got a bigger room than booked with no extra costs. The location is perfect! View of the river from our room.

Nothing that the hotel can help, lots of spiders outside in the whole town.
