Free parking and free wifi was great. Hotel facilities were excellent, Games room, fitness & sauna.

Parking was difficult at times late in the evening. Room was very dark and lighting needs to be improved especially the desk lamp. Air conditioning did not work. Rooms weren't cleaned very well or vacuumed during our 7 day stay. Smoking on Balconies was bad as smoke drifts across. Safe was not working properly.

Nice big room and nice balcony, breakfast was also good with a comfy bed, but it was difficult to find Uber (almost impossible), better to use a bicycle (rental is available) to the train station, and also better to buy groceries before coming back to the hotel since nothing around, though nice and quiet neighborhood.

a bit distant from everywhere especially if you head to Amsterdam a lot, better to plan your transportation well.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and there were several aspects that I found impressive. First and foremost, the location is fantastic, situated conveniently between Amsterdam and Den Haag. This makes it an ideal base for exploring both cities, whether you're there for business or leisure. Quick drive to Corpus, Naturalis, Voorlinden, Maduoradam! One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. The selection was excellent, with a variety of options to suit all tastes. I particularly appreciated the fresh juices. Another significant advantage of this hotel is the absence of parking fees. It's a rare find in this region and certainly adds to the value of the stay. It makes the hotel a perfect selection for people doing a road trip.

I must mention that the beds were a major downside. They were terribly uncomfortable, which unfortunately affected the overall quality of my sleep. Several times throughout the night I felt like I am rolling down the edge of the bed. This is an area that needs urgent improvement.

The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide choice of food and everything freshly prepared. We also like the games room with its table tennis table, Billard and table football. Brilliant also the large locked cage for bicycles.

We were unlucky to have a room facing the motorway, so couldn’t open the terrace door at night . Which led to a stuffy warm night, not helped by those plastic mattress covers that all the hotels use these days. The aircon couldn’t blast enough cold air into the room and is also noisy. Next time we’ll ask for a room facing into their lovely courtyard where we wouldn’t have any of these problems.

Stayed in suite-reasonably priced, spacious room. Cafe in lobby was cute. Two restaurants onsite. Enjoyed dinner. Did not eat breakfast during our stay. Had quick snack in cafe. Close to train station. A balcony overlooking canal. 20 mins via uber to Keukenhof. 5 min train to Leiden.

It is not near downtown so couldn't walk around wo taking uber. I knew it was located outside which was fine for our quick visit. The suites are located at the end of a long hallway. Not a big deal. Also, the lighting in room was too dark in areas w low lighting.

Rooms were spacious size and modern, comfortable beds, AC, balcony. Hotel design is nice. It has parking facilities right in front of the hotel Location is close to Lisse, Leiden, Noordwijk by car. Has a lovely terrace outside.

Corridors were not renovated. No pool. Staff was not so pleasant, more cold. AC made loud noise so we changed the room. In the second room Sink drain was blocked upon arrival and not noticed by the maid throughout our stay.

the room was spacious with nice balcony looking at a small pond with ducks fish but unfortunately some mosquitoes as well. the days were hot so mosquitoes could not be avoided. The bed were very comfortable and in general the room offered all the facilities of a five star hotel. The breakfast was very rich in various aspects all kinds of food for all tastes.Chef was present to prepare at side fried eggs scramble eggs and any personal request possible.

There is also a casino at the premises.. I know it might be important especially for us business people but in my case i tend to avoid anything to do with gambling.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Super large room. Breakfast with large variety of food. The NEST restaurant is quite good. Plenty of free parking places.

We travelled with a baby. When we entered the room, there was a baby cot already installed, although we never asked for it. We always travel with our own cot for hygiene reasons. At the checkout, we were charged +/- 20EUR for 3 nights stay for the baby cot that we never asked for. Unfortunately, we realised that we were charged additionally already in the car while driving home. I personally hate such "hidden" charges, which leave a bitter taste after the visit. This things have to discussed during the check-in and not secretly printed on the invoice.

The hotel needs renovation, but overall it left a good impression. The rooms are spacious, clean, with a comfortable bed and a large balcony. From my balcony, there was a view of a courtyard where hares would run around in the evenings — a truly charming sight.

A Room Service guide for example on the table — explaining how to order food and other useful information and complimentary water would be a nice touch for a 4-star hotel.

- Nice location for a tulip, dune and beach trip. Walking distance to train station. - Bicycle rentals are possible on site through third party. There are fitness centre incl. sauna room, game room, bar& restaurant, vending machine & mini shop. Cosy and convenient. - Luggage can be stored at reception for early arrival. - Room is spacious and clean. Bed is comfortable. - Staffs are friendly.

- Need more toys for small kids in the game room.
