Everything was simply wonderful! Starting with the very helpful and friendly staff. The hotel's appearance made a huge positive impression. The hotel room was pleasant, with a large balcony and a whirlpool tub! The hotel restaurant was of a high standard, and the food was excellent. The breakfast was amazing – a huge selection and high quality food! Free swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) gym, sauna, sun beds and many more.

Small details like not working tv remote, no air conditioning in the hotel corridors and reception ,or few black hairs left in hotel room.

wonderful spa - very comfortable and spacious room - i had a spa tub in my bathroom - the outside pool, sauna, jacuzzi, steam bath are awesome even in the winter when it cold you can still enjoy the outdoor hot tub that is 42 Celsius - there is also an indoor pool with indoor spa so you can choose from outdoor spa and indoor spa - all these facilities are free of charge - there are also good massage and spa treatments that suits everyone’s need - although i was on a business trop traveling for work, it was great enjoying all these facilities - dinner prices are reasonable, breakfast is expensive - I’d like to inform you that this hotel is huge and has several wings: basic, superior, royal and i think a couple more - wonderful location not too far from my company.

the only downside to this hotel is the friendliness of the staff especially at the reception these girls don’t even know what smiling means and don’t even know how to be customer friendly - they are very unfriendly an this is a pity for such a nice hotel with all these wonderful facilities - I’d say get yourself a better staff group especially at the reception

Very nice, modern and cosy hotel We had a spa bath in the room, kings size bed, tea, coffee, water provided, also could login to netflix account via QR on the TV. Free access to pool (3 pools, 1 pool is shallow, for small kids), ice cream kiosk in the lobby is open till 22.00.

The changing room in the pool is a bit dirtier than eg the one in de Valk Luxembourg (Arlon). Also for 2 guests there was only 1 set of towels, we had to get down to ask for more at the reception, no problem at all but would be nicer to have everything settled

My third stay in around 6 weeks due to business in the local area. Yet again, stunning hotel, friendly staff and fantastic facilities and food. Will make the trip back again for pleasure very soon, to take advantage of the beautiful grounds, the pools, the huge outdoor spa and the exquisite food. Great value for money and spotlessly clean. Every trip has been a pleasure.

Steam irons in each room would be nice but I'm not picking here !

The bar menu and service was good, we didn't use the restaurant. Room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. Indoor swimming pool was good. Bike hire was also good.

We arrived using a public bus from Tilbug but the bus service was very limited which we didn't realise until we arrived. Taxi was very expensive, so our only means of transport in and out of Tilburg to visit our son at university was by bicycle. This was fine for a couple of days but it is a long bike ride

We had e very nice stay! The hotel is family-friendly, with spacious rooms, helpful staff, and great amenities. The breakfast was very delicious with a wide variety of options that pleased both the adults and the kids. Everything was fresh, well-presented, and the dining area was clean and welcoming. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Staff was amazing! Location was easy to get to and offered plenty of parking. Property was amazing with lots of food options. Food was delicious! Breakfast buffet was soo good! Rooms were so clean! I will be staying here again. The location is 15 minutes from Tilburg train station where a wide variety of food is available as well.

The facilities, the SPA area and the restaurants. Checkin and cleaning Team really friendly.

Cleaning not perfect. We made the remark but it hasn't been done. Luckily at the end of the day we found a cleaning lady in the corridor that came immediately to clean up chips from the previous clients between our beds.

Absolutely everything was exceptional. From the politeness of the staff, to fantastic facilities such a pools / golf and beautiful restaurant and outdoor seating area. The food and cocktails were amazing. I would 100% recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning.

easy access with parking

The hotel telephoned and emailed me at 19.00 hrs to say my room was reserved only until 18.00 and if they did not receive confirmation from me the room booking would be cancelled. Not very easy to pick up the message as I was flying and really quite threatening as I had confirmed my booking with my credit card - could do better
