Cheap parking on hotel grounds, fantastic restaurant (we had the pizza which was to die for!), and a lovely, clean, calm room. The hotel itself is located in a lovely leafy area, which is beautiful and calm. They also offered electric bikes to borrow during our stay which we discovered to be *the best* way to get around the Netherlands. Their offer of room service whenever from their set snack menu was also very tempting - maybe next time!

It wasn't very clear how to get the prepaid parking ticket to let us out of the parking lot. We saw at least 3 other people have the same issue as we did after checkout. The machine just wouldn't let us out initially! Turns out, we should have given the ticket to be scanned at reception prior to checkout, but this was overlooked for some reason.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location was very quiet but was not too far away from shops and travel. The Cycle hire was fantastic. Had a bike free of charge and I went all around Tilburg cycling such a lovely addition to my stay.

There was only one thing which wasn’t really the fault of the property as such but because of the system around the bike hire some people were taking the bike the day before and then just pausing it so that you couldn’t then use the bike and it was available for them when they came down probably need to change the system? One of the staff was really helpful and tried to sort out the problem for me as they were Bikes, but I couldn’t use any of them. He wasn’t able to solve the problem, but he was really helpful and friendly and tried.

The usual Ibis experience - efficient in every way. Room, bed and bathroom are nice. It is well maintained. The only thing was the noise coming from the ventilation in the bathroom. Even with the doors closed it was quite loud which was annoying during the night. Breakfast has enough options, but not always re-filled. The reception staff is warm and helpful.

Staff at the breakfast is not proactively refilling anything unless asked and even then super slow with 1 item at a time and then you just give up because it feels like you chase them for each item and then takes ages for it to come out. Was best when we were in the first wave early morning because all was full. Pitty, because the food and drinks choice is good and a restaurant is nice.

The hotel had a modern and clean atmosphere, with friendly and helpful staff who made check-in and check-out smooth. The room was cosy, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. While the location wasn’t right in the city centre, it was well-connected and easy to reach. The breakfast had a good variety, offering fresh and tasty options to start the day. Overall, it was a great experience for a short stay in Tilburg.

The room was clean, with quite new furniture, a functional and clean bathroom, and comfortable beds. The breakfast included in the room price was really nice, with a lot of choices of drinks and food.

The parking was not included in the price of the room and was quite expensive at 10€ per night. The bathroom was not very convenient as the toilet was next to an open shower, so we had to cross it to use the facilities, which meant our feet were always wet.

Location was good. Quiet. Close to transport links. Ample parking, reasonably priced. Staff very friendly and quick to address any issues or concerns. The room was clean and comfy, though small. Good range of TV channels in multiple languages. A good selection of beers on tap and some nice bar food, especially the pizza... Delicious!

The rooms were on the small side and twin beds were quite narrow. Breakfast felt expensive for what was provided - the range of hot breakfast food was quite limited and not frequently replenished. Similarly occasionally lacking in fruit salad. And I would have expected all breakfast machines (coffee machine, waffle maker, juicer etc.) to be switched on and up to working temperature in time for breakfast to begin, and not turned on half way through.

The beautiful handwritten greetings card which we received from Christy from the reception made our stay exceptional. I have never experienced such an individual approach towards the guests, I highly appreciate that and thank you very much. (I wanted to thank you in person, but I was too late :( ) Very nice and professional staff, also at the bar. The room was clean, internet and air condition was working fine (we've been visiting Tilburg at a hot summer day.)

The room could be a little bit bigger, but for one night it was ok.

Great place to stay with friendly staff who will do everything to make you feel welcome and comfortable, Breakfast was great with plenty of choice to suit everyone’s taste.

Had to pay for parking but if we had booked direct with the hotel it would have been complimentary.

The staff was very polite and they let me leave my suitcase with them without any problems! The room was also very nice, everything clean and comfortable. There was also coffee and tea available. The rooms are also silenced and I had a nice view.

It's located quite a while from the center and the bus connections are so-so.

Lovely comfortable room and very good air conditioning. Free fruit was a lovely touch. We had problems with checking in and Rita was very helpful.

The beds were very comfortable but I found the thinner mattress topper moved in the night.
