The owners are hospitable and generous, they can be the most friendly people I have ever met in my life, very approaching and warm hearted. Breakfast is exceptional, Dutch and Belgium mixed style, my children enjoyed it very much. The room equipped with some board games and good TV service, your children won't get bored if you have to stay indoors during rainy days. The cottage is renovated very well, attention to details, underfloor heating, polished concrete and stone tiles. The lighting is controlled by philip smart controller , well designed.

During our stay, it is warm enough....no chance to use their fire place which is a shame.

Excellent. Extremely kind owner, warm welcome. For us, it's the optimal location, calm, sufficient amenities, parking, functional Wi-Fi, clean, comfortable. The kitchenette is not equipped for cooking, which we didn't need anyway. The amenities for evening relaxation were sufficient (plates, glasses, cutlery, microwave, coffee/tea available). Good breakfast is an added bonus to this superb accommodation. It's a pity we could only stay for 2 nights. We would gladly return.

Helga, Raul, and their daughters are incredibly warm and welcoming. Staying with them feels more like being part of a family than staying at a hotel or B&B. The loft features vintage furniture complemented by modern amenities, creating a charming atmosphere. The breakfast is generous and fresh. I highly recommend this place!

The very friendly owners who went out of their way to be helpful. The room is separate from the main house, and breakfast was delivered each morning on a tray. There was a small fridge in the room and we could have used a larger fridge and cooking facilities adjacent to the main house. The B&B is very convenient for visiting Baarle Hertog/Nassau.

The host is very kinds. My kids really love swimming pool there :) We are really enjoying our holiday there. Also my wife love all preparation especially Breakfast from the host. When we have next vacation, we would stay there again :)
