The hotel is located, conveniently in the center of Tilberg as well as being close to Efteling theme park. And there are parking facilities in the same building. The staff was very professional and friendly, and the amenities were nice and ambiance welcoming. We loved the fact that the hotel also has a pool and sauna that were well maintained and tested regularly. The buffet breakfast was well stocked with many options and quite tasty. We enjoyed the possibility to also sit outside or close to an open terrace window.

We stayed at the hotel as a family of four and our two kids were using the fold out sofa bed. There was only a thin sheet between them and the sofa which contained smells and sight staining. It would be nicer to have a mattress cover on top of this to ensure cleanliness. In lieu of, that we asked the staff for an extra duvet and blanket and sheet, which we used to cover the couch.

We liked the location of the hotel, the fresh and delicious breakfast and the nice common areas. Staff was also very polite and willing to help with the badges for the elevators.

The hotel introduced a keyless way to use the elevators and to unlock the rooms via an application. Even though I am fan of technology and automation, when you are overloaded with kids, baggage etc or you have no battery on your smartphone, you struggle with this keyless option. It's a nice option but not to be the sole option. The pool lounge was not heated enough so you could stay there and chill.

The central location! Very pleasant welcoming staff. Good breakfast in a nice surroundings. Comfy pillows. Room size and facilities are quite sufficient for 2 people. The mini fridge as a place to store your food. Well refurbished tea/coffee making station. Lovely-smelling hand soap! Clean towels. I loved that there is a dedicated place (not the closet) to hang your jackets (especially useful in winter time). We stayed only one night, so we haven't checked the pool. It is very easy to get to the location. The area is full of restaurants and shops. Despite the cold and grey weather, it was very enjoyable. The view of the cathedral by night! It is The Place for a weekend gateway!

It was not too warm in the room, given the low temperature outside, but it was not unpleasant.

The location was incredible, it is right at the heart of the city center and it is close to the station, the concert hall, grocery stores and restaurants. The room was very clean and nice. The staff at the reception desk were also super kind and helpful. The spa and the facilities were also great!

The only problem we had was that even though we had "Please do not disturb" on for our room, the room service had came in to our room while we were in there. However, it isn't a huge issue at it didn't overshadow how great our stay was at this hotel. We had told this to the reception and they assured us they will be looking into this matter for us.

The hotel is wonderful. It is very clean, the room is very spacious and comfortable. I loved the bathroom amenities, the very comfortable bath and the rain shower! The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is right on the central square overlooking the church, this is the best location possible. I am sure we will return!

Given the location, the square is very noisy at the weekend, but the soundproof windows solve the problem.

The staff were super friendly! I mentioned in my booking request that it was my husband’s birthday and that I’d like a room with a view and they gave us a lovely room overlooking the church at the front and decorated the room with bunting and a lovely handwritten note.

Only a minor point in that it’s not possible to access the swimming pool from all the rooms without going through reception and taking a separate lift. The pool was nice though and worth making the trip through reception!

I really liked the facilities, the rooms were beautiful and the staff was super nice and helpful. The location is amazing and the view from my room was superb. The common areas in the hotel were also very cozy and welcoming. The bed and pillows chosen were super comfortable and there was a lot of storage space in the room. The plant a tree and coupon initiative relating to the frequency of room cleaning was a pleasant surprise and I think it is an amazing initiative.

I didn't like the fact the room wasn't as clean as I expected (dust, carpet stains), especially for the price I was paying (the bed and bathroom however were extremely clean). I also didn't understand finding a lost book inside my closet when the room was supposedly recently cleaned and cleared.

Fantastic central location; walk out of the hotel door and you’re in the city centre amongst all of the restaurants and bars. The car park is connected to the hotel and the parking spaces and really wide, which helps reduce the chance of ‘Tesco dents’. The swimming pool was very popular with our children. The breakfast was great too with lots of different choices of foods.

The hotel is in the heart of Tilburg. The breakfast is good, you can make your own waffle if you want. The bathroom is good also. The staff were very helpful.

We were in a room overlooking the square. The room smelled of cigarettes because the air purifier, which cannot be switched off, sucked air from a place where people smoke. The air purifier runs continuously from 10:00 to 22:00 and blows the air loudly.
