We had the ground floor apartment with one bedroom and a bathroom in the basement. The stairs were quite steep, but manageable. The apartment was very large and well-equipped. We were able to use the washing machine and dryer, and we were impressed by the super-modern radio and TV. We had requested separate sleeping beds and were very happy that both beds were well-made. The key handover went smoothly; it was very quiet at night. The neighboring Happiness Cafe is also very nice.

Unfortunately, the sofa was already a bit worn out.

Bed comfort was fantastic. The apartment was lovely and spacious.

Our ground floor apartment was overlooked on all sides by foot traffic so we were not able to open blinds / windows for privacy / safety reasons. This made it dark and hot. The mobile air conditioner and fan weren’t very effective in the extremely hot weather.

The apartment was beautiful, well-appointed, spacious enough, and it was great having a washer and dishwasher. The bed and sofabed were both comfortable. The location in the heart of the center was perfect. The only glitch was the key situation...the door code didn't work consistently, and I had to have security let me in. Once open, there was only one key that we had to share, which was inconvenient.

Great location, warm heating inside as the outside temperature was very cold! Nice little kitchenette to make breakfast, and comfortable seating in the lounge area. The king bed was very comfortable, even being a very small bedroom, with not much space to walk around.

More cleaning services. We had to call the Duke Hotel desk to have the room cleaned and trash removed.

Wonderful property with the bedroom shielding from street noise. Beautiful location with easy access to everything you may need or want. Responsive staff, willing to accommodate specific requests.

It was clean. It has a washing machine. There was plenty of space. It was close to everything. It provided access to a gym.

It was very hot. It needs an air conditioner. It is noisy at night. The first set up steps are very steep. It would be difficult for older people with suitcases to get upstairs.

The location is perfect for everything one may want to do in town. One of us is also doing a few days work in Eindhoven and Oss, and the proximity to the train station is also appreciated.

The wifi was intermittent, so that there were periods when the connection was broken, and then mysteriously it would come back again. An attempt to contact the owner to sort this out resulted in no response. Lack of AC for cooling (heating is available) could be a problem in a heat wave, which is becoming increasingly common!

Very good location, close to train station and other public transportation. Plenty of shops close by.

Being located in the old center is very close to noisy pub.
