The location was very central and close to everything. The staff were friendly and helpful. Because I don't speak French, they did the communication for my taxi and other bookings. Soni at the reception spoke good English and helped me to make the most of my stay. When I mentioned to him that I wanted to visit the Ouen Taro lookout, Soni suggested going in the evening to visit the Sunset. While I was wanting for the taxi, I asked Soni if the local dish Bougnia was available in restaurants. He said they are available in the Single Fin and advised the taxi driver to drop me off at the restaurant on the return journey. Thanks to him, I had a great evening enjoying both the sunset and the Bougnia. That is excellent customer service. Mogan was also very helpful. Although she doesn't speak good English, she did her best with the help of Google translator. I am very happy with my time at the Le Paris, and recommend the property for those visiting Noumea.

This was my second time at Hôtel Le Paris and it was as good as the last! Check-in is swift and seamless and the reception staff are more than capable in English and are very patient if you're using French. Rooms are spacious, secure, and well appointed, with generous windows letting in plenty of natural light. Housekeeping staff are very friendly and supremely attentive. The introduction of its dinner service on the mezzanine is a great solution for travellers who arrive on Sundays when everything is closed.

The bedsheets lacked a top-sheet, but this was just a cultural surprise! The bed in my room was also two-singles pushed together, which left an awkward – but not uncomfortable – dip in the middle.

Allowed early checkin, had toddler cot, staff spoke basic English, location great near Place des Cocotiers, fantastic quality building (with all the minor things sometimes missing, like door stops, bathroom hooks, luggage shelf, privacy screen between beds, fridge, blockout blinds). Seemed fairly soundproof too! Wi-Fi worked great, and was unlimited! I also like the corny humour & memes rolling on the stairwell TV screens.

Nothing really. The room was a bit poky and lacking a view, but it was a budget option. And (like everything in Noumea), expensive.

The location was very convenient for us as we were not able to drive in Nouméa, we just walked to supermarket, ferry and shopping mall in max. 10 minutes from the hotel, we met a very nice receptionist lady for daily communication and other supporting staff to keep our room cleaning every day, we also love the stable WiFi in a high speed level. It is highly recommended to you.

I stayed with my husband for 3 nights and I liked how it was cleaned daily. I liked how the train station was 100 metres away, the supermarket a nice roughly 500 metres away, chemists are abundant and it was very central. super handy to everything pretty much. we caught the number 3 bus straight down to the aquarium where the beach was across the road.

the towel supply. we had one floor towel and two bath towels but no seperate hand towel.

Central location was great, the staff were friendly. The airport shuttle service organised through the hotel was great and very accommodating as we missed our original pickup time due to a flight delay.

Streets are a little dark at night, but that’s not the fault of the hotel. Bed is a bit on the firm side, but room was very tidy and the air conditioning worked well. The bedside alarm went off at 4:30am but was probably set by previous guests.

It was clean, neat and tidy. The room was large and looked like it had recently been renovated We love having the Best cafe right next door

The only disappointment, which cause some stress was We booked an airport shuttle through the hotel and it’s did not arrive at the time stated We waited for 45 mins and kept asking the hotel reception to follow it up. Eventually it arrived, I think I would get a taxi next time.

When we check in, we are greeted by a lovely lady in reception. She is very friendly and accommodating. She explained the check in and check out times. Also was able to check in a bit earlier than normal check in time. Hotel is very close to town, shops and restaurants. Bed is spacious, water pressure is great. After check out, was able to leave our luggage for storage for 4 hrs.

Bathtub bit discoloured but other than that great stay for one night.

Breakfast was very good with excellent coffee

Shower floor very slipery. And the position of the mixer gets in the way when showering.

Staff was amazing and so helpful especially Simon ☺️

No proper smoking area did not like have to stand outside front of hotel on the street especially when travelling on your own
