First time i have stayed at a BNB and if they are all this good i will never stay in a motel again. So relaxing clean and comfortable...and i felt so safe. I only originally booked 1 night but as soon as i arrived i knew i needed a extra night it was so beautiful and calming for me as i have a very busy life. The owners are lovely warm welcoming people and nothing was too much troble. I have booked to come back in 3 weeks time. My little home away from home 🥰

It was wonderful. Had the whole place to myself. Loved the bath. The bedroom was beautiful. I felt like a queen. Would recommend staying here for sure.

Mattress was a bit lopsided, and I was hoping for a cooked breakfast. The breakfast provided was help yourself there are so many options to choose from.

We had a very comfy bed in the Lilac room, with a private bathroom down the hall. Breakfast was pre-prepared continental style, available in the dining room at our leisure and comprised cereals, fresh and stewed fruit, juices, breads for toasting and spreads, as well as tea and coffee for use at any time of the day.

A minor point is that the Bookings.com website we used to book sent us a PIN code for the front door, but that isn’t set up. Just ring the bell as the owners live onsite at the back of the house.

Lovely Ole carm decor, the owner's painterly painting. I stared at them for ages. Very creative lay out, would suit more than an two. Combined lounge and dinning large room.

The top of one of the cabinets a bit cluttered when I went to switch for lamp, hard to locate. Something dropped behind. Hair dryer caused a surge on power point.. but easily fixed.

Great decor. A great deal of thought and care had gone into creating a cosy and restful ambience'. A real treat to have a Continental breakfast ready and table set. Thanks for the biscuit jar and cuppa available whenever desired.

A reading light in the living room would be helpful.

Breakfast was good, if you went away hungry, it was your own fault. Bed very comfortable. Great thought put into providing anything a guest might need.

Overhanging vegetation at front gate could be trimmed back. When it's raining, get quite wet pushing through it.
