Great hotel for a visit to Nizwa - located in the modern part of the town. Plenty of nearby eateries and shops. Large, spacious room - and bathroom. Great air conditioning - and a quiet and peaceful place to spend a night. Good outdoor swimming pool - and plenty of safe parking right by hotel entrance. Great breakfast buffet - with plenty of local delicacies.

The room was comfortable for family of 3, pool was good with towels.

The wifi was not always available and the TV channels were limited. The breakfast didn't have a lot of alternatives. There was smelly bathroom but we got shifted to alternate room on request

Hotel was what we have expected. Rooms were big, we had a family room with one big bed and two single beds in apart room. Beds were comfortable. We arrived here on the 31st December and could have a buffet dinner which was fine and definitely enough choice and variety of food.

The room haa a particular smell because of the stuf (naphtalene balls) that they use in the bathroom, it really hits you when you walk in to the room. Brekfast was very simple but ok.

Good location, not far from Nizwa town center. Rooms were quiet and beds comfortable. The room had everything we needed for our stay. There is also a swimming pool but we didn't use it

- Restaurant is really offering high quality food with affordable prices. I've experienced Pizza, Scallop and grills with premium taste, in addition to very good breakfast as well. Food can be easily served to rooms with the same prices. - Staff are very friendly and supporting - My room (triple beds) was very spacious and clean. Take care that there are 2 room types with triple beds, with different space and also different bed sizes, so pick the big one. - Hotel location is 10 minutes from the Fort and Souq - Swimming pool is good - Worthy for money

- Few small things, like that the parking is not shaded, windows are not very sealing against street sounds and AC is not so quiet.

The style of hotel is very traditional. They offer arabic coffee and date 24/7. The breakfast was amazing. The stuffs were so caring and welcoming. The location is great.

The shower wasn’t hot enough.

We have stayed 2 nights at Nizwa. The triple room was very big. The bathroom was ok but not great. Very nice swimming pool. Nizwa downtown requires a car ride but it is very close.

Great Spot, friendly staff and very spacious rooms. I was very pleased with this hotel in Nizwa and would recommend it to anyone travelling with a family. Cost was also very reasonable.

Luxury living - large rooms. Good location of the hotel, 5 minutes by car from the city center. The children were very happy. I recommend this hotel!

Very cold pool. Next time, a sweater for the pool! :-)

We had a good stay and in this place and staff was very helfpul. Also there was quite a large choice for breakfast so we were really satisfied.

Room windows facing some internall small courtyard was not a great experience, but besides it was ok.
