Hey! I have a note regarding the sounds and noise of corridors between rooms is too noisy because of the floor maybe not carbit. And the you can hear other rooms sound even the door closed. Couldnt sleep last night because of the noise. This noise comes even if the sound is law. Usually you cant hear in hotels.

My stay was truly pleasant. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. They even surprised me with fruits and a cake for our anniversary, which made the experience even more special. Whenever I requested anything, they responded promptly and went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. I genuinely appreciate this hotel—what makes it stand out is the outstanding service and the kindness of the staff. And off course it is super clean ..!

Unfortunately, the fridge in our room wasn’t cooling properly. I had purchased milk, but it spoiled due to the lack of refrigeration. Additionally, the noise insulation in the room was quite poor—we could clearly hear the alarm from the neighboring room as well as noise from the street, including people partying outside.

I have a bad experience during check-in as follows. The hotel provided me with a standard room, then after I asked the reception staff, my booking is a deluxe room, not Stansted, The staff try to convince with bad attitude me to take the stander, cose my reservation different deluxe. I opened my booking, which is clear the type of room, and photo of the room at booking App, Then, in difficulty, she agreed to change the room as per my booking.

Nice and clean hotel located near the city centre for easy access to all sides of Salalah. Hotel opened its doors recently and staff is very keen to help. Normal rooms are good size and suits are bigger than normal (70 Sq Ft). Beds are really comfortable. Breakfast is really good with a wide variety freshly prepared food. Restaurant staff in general is very helpful and eager to please all the guests.

Some rooms can do with improving sound proofing.

It's only 5 minutes walk from where the bus from Salalah arrives and the same to the stop from where the bus to the airport leaves. There are many restaurants & coffee shops close by. The hotel looks like it's new and has marble tiled floors throughout. Everything's spotless. The staff were helpful and welcoming. There's a coffee shop on site. The onsite restaurant is open for breakfast only.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful & the food was excellent; overall it was a very pleasant stay.

The hotel location wasn’t pleasant for me; it was complicated to reach the hotel even when using maps, besides the hotel outside view was not attracting at all; some of the rooms have the view of the graveyard which was not comfortable for guests.

Very professionall, polite staff. The gentleman from India allowed me to check in at 6:30 am, as my night bus arrived at that time. Good choice at the breakfast buffet, pleasant restaurant. Calm pool area at the rooftop. The possibility to switch off the air conditioning in the room.

I heard the neighbours through the door - I think that the sound insulation could be easily improved.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is very central so I was not too far from central attraction by car.

The omnipresent smell of cigarette in the room and corridors even in I precised I wanted a non smoking room

Staff refused to include breakfast although we were staying for 5 nights. Most guests had breakfast included.

We had an amazing stay at the Kyriad hotel. When we arrived we had a flat tire on our car. The staff immediately took action and changed our tire in no time FOR FREE. I have no words for how great and friendly we were treated during our stay!! Thank you, again!
