Breakfast at the designated restaurant- Casa Papaya, for Hotel Bocus Town was fantastic quality with great service, nice outdoor seating/setting! Location of Hotel Bocus very convenient to access everything. Night life got quiet at reasonable hour by 10 pm, sleeping was comfortable and quiet. Room had great air conditioner unit for night time sleeping. Bathroom well lit with plenty of hot water for shower. Water pressure fantastic for hair washing too! Deck outside room that overlooked the ocean/bay area was nice size for 2 people with beautiful view. Got clean beach towels if needed to take with us every day. Staff at front desk was very helpful & professional. Nice free water cooler to fill our water bottles daily.. Also provided hot water if needed.

No box of tissues/kleenex. ***Need to provide box of tissue/kleenex in room or in bathroom.

As part of our Panama trip we stayed three nights in Bocas del Toro. In Panama City we stayed at 5-star hotels, but Bocas del Toro does not really offer such an option. So we chose Hotel Bocas Town, and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. Because our incoming flight was severely delayed, we arrived well after the front desk hours ended. The gentleman at the front desk not only waited for our arrival, but helped carry our luggage to the third floor. The room was great and well air-conditioned (once we got it running). And the waterfront view from our balcony was fabulous. And please let me note that everyone else working shifts at the front desk during our stay were invariably nice and helpful.

Booked for 2 nights but extended our stay for 3 additional nights. Traveling with my husband, who is newly retired. Quiet hotel, conveniently located in town center and at waterfront. Shopping and groceries close by. We have been traveling long term and decided to stay longer at this beautiful hotel for convenience rather than staying overnight at some other islands . Because water taxis are everywhere and it's easy just to hire a boat to travel anywhere anytime! Also highly recommend to rent EBiks to explore main island. This hotel exceeded our expectations! Best location in town! Hotel staff work above and beyond to cater to yourevery need. Also great hot shower! We received outstanding attention from Estefanie, Amadis and Enyie. A big thank you!

The location was great. The bar, even if not operagional yet, was really nice to be at to enjoy the sun and take a quick swim. Despite the booked guiding tour incident, the staff (namely the guy the welcome us and the Manager) were always kind and supportive during our interactions.

At the end, everything worked out regarding the booked tour. So, no major issues to point out. In need of a few minor upgrades/refurbishment, but the new Management seemed to be working on those.

Overall good location, nice views from the room overlooking the town. Breakfast was good too and overall thought it was good value for the price. Just don't expect a 5 star city hotel experience since its a small island town, e.g. no elevators and small rooms. Staff was friendly and even allowed us to use a shower past our checkout.

We couldn't get our original room due to the A/C breaking, but not really the hotels fault.

Great location. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Free breakfast but had to go down a block to get as hotel in renovations.

No coffee pot in room although they had a coffee station in the lobby which we weren't told of. Hotel is renovating so their patio and bar area was not open for service. (This was not mentioned when we booked). Suggestion: Would be nice to have a mini fridge in the room and some complimentary water.

We loved it. The staff were so friendly and helpful, they made us feel immediately welcome. The rooms are stunning and we had a fabulous view over the water from our balcony. I would highly recommend!

The only downside is the restaurant and bar not being open, we had hoped to sit and have a drink by the water and be able to use our hotel more but unfortunately it is undergoing renovations.

Location. Location. Location. Situated in the heart of Bocas Town, this hotel has all the charm and necessary amenities you'll need for your stay. Walk to all the local shops and eateries, cross the street to grab a water taxi to explore the sights and sounds of surrounding islands, or simply relax on the spacious back deck and enjoy a cocktail and the extraordinary view. The staff are all smiles and will be happy to store your luggage after check out until you are ready for a 5-minute (or less) taxi ride to the Bocas airport.

Clean, friendly, comfortable.

Dining room wasn’t open the first few days. We had thought there was a swimming pool and our room was on the third floor — no elevator! We had to go to a restaurant a few doors up for the included breakfast, which wasn’t really a big deal. The breakfast was good and the servers great.

Perfect location in the center of town. Great view. Noisy because it faced the water and all the oats and music, but it was still a fabulous place to stay. Breakfast was excellent. The room was clean. The staff very friendly and accommodating (got our laundry done for $5)!

A bit noisy ay night, but that’s too be expected, considering the location. The pillows were not as comfy as we like, but we just asked for extra.
