This is the third time we stay in this hotel after a 10+ hour flight into Panama City, arriving end of the afternoon. It's an easy 15-20 minute ride from the airport. Walking distance to a large shopping mall with restaurants. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Nice (little) pool area. Perfect place to recover from the strain of travel, and continue to the final destination in Panamá the next day.

I only spent one evening in Panama City. I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport and its good reviews. I ended up taking an Uber from the hotel into the Casco Viejo. It is relatively inexpensive to travel around Panama City by Uber, so that worked out fine. I stayed here on the last evening of my Panama trip. I had been in the mountains and on the beach in smaller boutique hotels that had geckos in the rooms, so I appreciated staying in a Courtyard Marriott on my last night to get a little break from the geckos. :) If you are looking for a reasonably priced, clean hotel, this is a good option.

Food was really good in the restaurant. We entertained three friends for beverages. starters and dinner. Everyone was happy with the selections. The chef accommodated our wish for skillet fried potatoes with vegetables and it was yummy. Later on we had beverage service to the pool, which was great. Shopping from this location is great. Small fridge in room plus coffee with real mugs was a nice touch. Storage of luggage until 3pm check in time was nice. Easy temperature control in room. Good water pressure with hot water in shower.

Shower starts immediately when water turned on. No body wash in container in shower.

Generally, friendly and efficient staff.

Limited water and coffee supplied to the rooms. The size of the water was too small and on several occasions one less coffee than the number of persons in my room was supplied. Additionally, only a few staff members spoke English and this posed a challenge for my family and I who only spine English. For example, I could barely communicate with the person's cleaning the room or the technician who was sent to assist me with the AC. Finally, not all the facilities were working. When we got to the room the coffee maker did not work, however upon reporting it to the front desk, it was replaced. No matter how I tried to turn off the shower head, there was this incessant dripping. It wasn't generally unbearable, but I'm just considering the unnecessary water loss.

We booked this hotel on short notice. It is conveniently located close to the airport and next to a mall. The hotel has the usual standard of a business hotel, nothing spectacular, but with the usual amnemities. Breakfast was very good, combining continental, American and Panamanian foods for a very nice combination of options.

The hotel is in decent shape but certainly is not "new", so you could see some wear and tear.

Location

The price was high, breakfast, hairdryer not working, cleaner entered the room without advice at 9:00 almost suffered a heart attack, they should be trained to knock first and also be aware of when is the checkout planned for each room as for one night stay there is no need to clean the room so early, floor of the bathroom was not so clean.

The staff was great, and the room was clean and comfortable. I was a guest almost 10 years ago, and it's still in great shape and maintained a great staff.

The breakfast was pricey for what was offered, but overall, it was good.

We had lunch, dinner and it was excellent. The staff were courteous. We asked for a cab to the airport and the cab was on time. I would definitely stay there again. Excellent price as well.

We wanted for the room à while. Waited for à while to be seated at the restaurant and waited also to order the food.

The breakfast was good and lots of fresh fruit, a minute walk to metro mall, and if you need a back home food fix the have plenty of fast food from the US. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Added a widow view pic also.

Only complaint would be the dryer on are floor was broke, but not a big deal just had to go down a floor and use that one.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful.

For the price we paid I feel that they could've done better on the food.
