Excellent location, minutes from the plaza yet still very quiet and peaceful in the room. I think we got upgraded to their Colonial Suite which was a nice touch, light but good breakfast, friendly staff, gave us a breakfast bag when we had a 3am excursion pick up. Great shower and water pressure, good WiFi, stored our luggage after the checkout time. Will stay here again if revisiting.

The room was dated, floors creaking but it is an old colonial building and nothing that was of any inconvenience to us. Would have liked tea making option in the room.

This was a very nice hotel, located just a block and half from the main plaza in Arequipa and near the places we needed to be. Room was nice and clean and bed was comfortable. All staff were extremely nice and helpful even with the initial small issue we had, they accommodated to our requests right away. Breakfast was ok.

Breakfast is very basic, wished for more variety since we had a longer stay than normal. Hot water for shower did take long to warm up, so give yourself time.

1. We loved the terrace view. 2. We enjoyed the breakfast with Arequipa bread, cheese, fruit and to be able to order the eggs the way we liked them. 3. The cleanliness.

1. We were give just 1 roll of toilet paper for a room with 3 people. 2. Breakfast was served from 6:30 a.m. onwards instead of 6:00 am. 3. The area where you had to pick the cutlery and serve the coffee was uncomfortable when other guests were around. 4. Just having 1 option of fresh fruit juice.

So so close to the main square you can see it from the door. The staff are incredibly kind, helpful and accommodating. There is a lift and a roof terrace with stunning views. Free coffee and Coca tea all day. Comfy bed.

The beds were very comfortable, very clean rooms that had electric heaters.

It would have been nice to have had kettles in the room, the breakfast was also ok but lacked items like milk, toasters, fresh produce. The price of laundry is also ridiculous- 4 Sol per item!

The breakfast was very good and the location excellent. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The Wi-Fi signal was strong. As for the bathroom, it was quite big.

There was nothing I didn't like. The property was exactly what I expected, maybe even more. It even has a terrace on the fourth floor with a nice view, although at this time of year it makes little sense to use it.

Great location near the main square. Our room was large enough for two double beds. The balconies were nice and the room was cleaned well.

Breakfast was OK, but the scrambled eggs were cold as were the pancakes.

Great location for the Plaza de Armas and main attractions in the city centre. Onsite restaurant was excellent for lunch. Breakfast in a bag when we had a 3am start for a tour was a thoughtful touch. Very friendly and welcoming staff.

Great location - just a few steps to the main square. Super comfortable beds and the room was very clean. The outdoor patios were great to sit and relax and enjoy the views. The staff is is also incredibly nice and helpful. We loved our time in Arequipa - what a beautiful city.

Good size room with comfortable beds. Terraces giving fantastic views of the volcanoes overlooking Arequipa. Excellent breakfast.

The shower was a little difficult to work out but that seems par for the course in Peru.
