Comfy bed, strong wifi, luggage stored after check out, room big enough and plenty of storage for clothes and shelving for things

I can sleep through anything but the room I had was right on the road and can get quite loud. When suffering with jet lag and you go to bed a bit earlier, this wasn’t great but I should have researched more

Modern room. Very clean and quiet. Helpful staff. Nice rooftop with view. Good, hot shower!

Not much choice for breakfast but fine. Bar wasn’t open. I’d like to have had tea/coffee in room. Window faced onto wall.

1) No instructions for the safe box. 2) Shower head can’t move around. It would be great to move it if needed. 3) Room phone didn’t work to call front desk. 4) It would have been nice to have mini refrigerator.

Location was perfect. Everything so close and at walkable distance. The Staff were very helpful and accomodating.

1. It was a bit pricey 2. Breakfast was very basic. It is better to have a coffee at the hotel and a proper breakfast in town.

The building is old but everything has been remodeled/repaired and looks good, clean, and organized. Similar to what you would expect from a hotel in Europe. Beautiful scenery from the bar upstairs.

This property was fantastic. I forgot my Apple AirPods in the room, and the hotel staff found them, and helped me ship them back to Canada! They were so helpful, and supportive throughout the process.

Location, modern finishes/decor on main floors, espresso machine for breakfast and Eggs cooked fresh for you to order. Shower water got hot and room was cleaned daily. Key sightseeing spots were a short walk away (5-10mins to plaza).

Roof bar was closed due to COVID. Room was advertised as "sound proof" but merchants outside could be heard until about 9pm.

The doorman! He is amazing, so enthusiastic and really takes his duties seriously. The blackout curtains, corridor seating (parents of young kids sharing our room), and the wifi was the best we have had. The receptionists were so helpful, even if we only managed to communicate through broken english/Spanish and google translate. The breakfast team too! Reception even organised us the best breakfast box to takeaway the day we checked out at 5am, thank you!

It was a shame the rooftop bar wasnt open.
