The property is easy to locate by google map or wayze. The “ate guard” is very nice to accomodate my late arrival, there’s parking in the property. The lady night manager front house is very nice and accomodating. She organised a late schedule for a in-house massage which is badly needed for a long day drive.

The room I was allocated is in the old building, the unit does not have window and it smelled moldy which is basically not good for health I wore a mask to sleep.

Indeed pet-friendly 🐶 with Mayon view and stone’s throw away from Daraga Church. The place is 13-minutes drive to Cagsawa ruins. There’s wifi in each floor. Also, there’s a laundromat just beside the property. You may order food thru FoodPanda and GrabFood if you’re too tired to go out. You may pay 100/hr for early check in but that depends if your room is available for early check in.

We booked 1 deluxe double and 1 double room. Deluxe double does not have a shower heater. I think there’s a consistent electricity interruption within the town proper that’s why they open the generator in the morning. If you’re a light sleeper and has a room by the street, this might disturb you. Wifi is a bit weak in some areas. All other guests had free breakfast except us. They said because we booked thru booking.com and the rate offered here is discounted already.

The location is walking distance from Daraga church, where you can go for a morning walk/jog and take photos of the beautiful Mayon volcano. The hotel is also near restaurants and other commercial establishments. You can also order via Grab, btw. The staff was also very accommodating. Thank you!

They could do better with the soundproofing. Noisy guests passing the lobby can be heard from the room.

Location. It's close to the places we want to visit. The staff were responsive to our needs. We requested for a room with a nice view of Mayon & we got it.

The TV in the room had no signal for the 3 nights we were there. There's no hot water and no shower curtain in the shower area. The faucet in the lavatory needs to be repaired or replaced

Location is very good, near to good restaurants and tourist attractions. Rooms are very spacious and also the water in the shower is very good although they don’t have water heater. From the roof deck of the property, you can have a glimpse of the beautiful Mayon Volcano.

It could been better if they can provide service water for all the guests, even one hot & cold water dispenser at the lobby.

Pet friendly and covered parking area

The room I had doesnt have a window. Plus the bathroom can be slippery since the shower area directly spray water in front of the toilet bowl. Makes it hard to pee without getting your feet wet.

Close to touristic spots, close to restaurants and shops

Our room was at the front side and it was really hard to sleep with all the traffic noises. It was so loud.

-Fast Wifi from 1st floor to 3rd floor -Heater available in double room -Breakfast is served on time -Location accessible to Daraga Church, Cagsawa, Legazpi and Misibis -Mayon volcano is visible from the hostel -Courteous and Approachable Staff -When the AC is not working in our room, they moved us to another room :) -Cute wall designs and lobby -Shared kitchen for utensils and cups that you can use

-Parking (tight, dark, difficult to maneuver) -Aircon is not cooling enough (you need to turn on the electric fan) -No heater on family rooms -Water dispenser is always not plugged (so there is no cold water, for hot water they have thermos)

Near to Cagsawa Ruins. Clean and staff are accommodating. Breakfast was fine. New building was nice and clean.

Smart had difficult signal inside the Casa. They provided wifi but during our stay however its not functional. We need to go out of the Casa or go to roof deck to get good signal which was very inconvenient.
