I like the ambiance and cleanliness plus the staff are accommodating. The room is complete with towels for each guest, comfy bed and enough space for my family to relax plus extra pillows for little ones if you have one. This is truly a great hotel for the family. They also offer extra services for tourists if you want to explore around the Mayon volcano and other tourist spots. The location is accessible to main establishments - walking distance to Daraga church, public market, drugstores and restaurants. Transportation is not a problem, jeepney or tricycle and grab car are available. You can order food thru Food Panda or Grab but they also offer breakfast meals for Php200 each plus free coffee, tea or hot choco. We really enjoyed our stay here. ☺️

All staff are responsive & accommodating. Location is perfect, very near to Daraga Church, Cagsawa Ruins, public market & other tourist spots. A bar ref is provided which we all preferred. There's a cafeteria on the ground flr & also sort of K-Mart/store. Nearby 7-11 is just a few walks away. Balcony is enclosed in our unit but its quite bigger thn other hotels I presumed.

Not a condotel type & there's only 2 electric outlet/sockets (near bar ref & in the balcony area), no other sockets in the cr or near bed areas. Just bring extension cable for your own comfort. Parking is limited but thanks we are reserved fr 1 slot.

Location near the town center which is very convenient if you need anything like food, ATM, transportation, etc. The room was really spacious, I was given a free upgrade - good for three persons when I was the only occupant. Nothing much to do but had a good night's rest for an early flight.

The bathroom is old. The water stagnates at the shower floor. Worse is that the heater cable was used to hold the broken hand shower which is very dangerous and accident prone.

Went well: - service as always; prompt at all times; showed willingness to help and assist - mini souvenir shop for last minute purchases - ambience of the lobby/dining (instagram-worthy) - newly renovated staircase decor (again for the 'gram) :) - mirrors in the staircase and common areas :) - minimal fee for late check out - assistance they extended to book my airport drop off shuttle for Php150.00 :)

Even better: - swipe clean TV rack/cabinet - spray anti-mosquito - higher wattage for lightbulbs in the comfort room - breakfast choices - more of Bicol dish (had same the same breakfast silog with lechon kawali back in 2022) - no telephone but you may reach them via their official mobile line

The rooms are big. Beds are comfortable. It's quiet at night. There is a roof top where you can view the mayon volcano. Bathrooms are clean. With heaters. My husband love that there is a flowerhorn on the 2nd floor. As he also takes care of one at home. There's only 1 power socket. But you can request for an extension.

The parking is too small. Some customers need to park beside the road. A bit far from the nearest stores like 7/11. Have to do a 5 minute walk to the nearest one. Saw a cockroach on the hallway. Too many ants. If you throw something in the trashbins, ants will definetly be there. Need to upgrade your airconditioning, specially with the rooms in front. The heat just comes in since the front have glass for walls. With tv, but no local channels.

Complete toiletries, clean bathroom, there's also water and spare glasses to use. The bed is comfortable and clean. Also the staff were accommodating. Also there's a shuttle that you can rent when you go to the airport.

The Aircon is not that cold, but still it made the room comfortable. Also there are no cable channels from the TV. But there is WiFi so we still manage to watch on our phones.

The aircon doesn't work well sometimes every morning there is no cold air coming out into aircon

The staff are kind, the hotel is clean.

No choices for breakfast. The cafe is closed. Noisy kids in the hallway. I stayed for work but there were kids during my stay playing in the hallway. Also, the wifi is weak. I had to use my mobile hotspot to be able to work.

The staff are very friendly and helpful and you have a very good view of Mayon from their roof deck.

Because they have no elevator, it's not recommended for senior citizens who has problems with stairs. Although the food is good, they only serve 1 kind for breakfast, no other options.

Free breakfast, fully ac room, mini fridge, hot shower, friendly staff and good choice of lobby music! (dj is a Swiftie!)

Commision fee was not visible upon booking. Weak WIFI signal, had to call staff to fix Netflix in TV.
