Great Place! The owner and staff are very accomodating and make you feel very Welcome. I was allowed to stay a bit longer in my room on my Last day, so i could Take a shower after a whaleshark Tour in the morning. Airport Transfer was organized by them for a great price. They have very good vegetarian food Options! I Recommend the veg. burger and vegetable Curry and also the Milk teas are heavenly! Location is right next to the firefly Tour starting Point and whaleshark Center is less than 5mins by tuktuk. The shower would not stop dripping after i showered but they fixed it immediately! AC was in good condition aswell!

The only Thing i can think of is the bad water pressure but i did Not Care much about it.

I appreciated the hospitality here from the moment we checked in to when we left. There's a restaurant on the premise that we dined at a couple of times, and one of the decent options in town. The owner helped us arrange a tuk-tuk for a good price back to the airport when we left. A central location between the main parts of Donsol and the whale shark center.

The room was a little musty and the showers weren't great, but it was fine for a couple of nights, especially for the price point.

Very cozy place with super friendly and helpful hosts. The restaurant inside the property is amazing and local and international dishes are offered. The whaleshark diving centre is near by so that you can have a nice walk from the city center further to the north to see those giants

The bathroom needs a little fresh up (maybe a new mirror and new water taps) and a little fridge in the room would be great. But these are only recommendations 😊

Roberto and his family are super nice hosts. The place is very conveniently located in Donsol if you want to do the whale shark tour and visit the surroundings. They allowed us early check in and late check out. Roberto helped us to manage transportation and was very friendly. They have a restaurant, which is very nice. The rooms are clean and have AC and hot water. Totally recommend it!

the water pressure was not very strong, but I think it’s normal in Philippines, and still, ok to take showers

We loved this place!! Roberto and his wife runs the place and they're so friendly! Roberto gave us loads of tips on what to do in the area and arranged a scooter rental for us. One evening he even let us use his own scooter for free to go see the fireflies. We arrived a bit too early in the whale shark season and they didn't seem to have arrived yet. Roberto and his wife clearly have some great plans for the place, but with their very reasonable prices of course everything won't be perfect so soon after the pandemic. The accompanying restaurant is amazing! The burgers especially are great and it's so cheap as it also caters to locals! We didn't even consider eating anywhere else!

Room is a little basic/empty but there's plans to put in a TV and a table to make it feel more complete.

Roberto, the owner, made my stay really joyful. His hospitality is like from another star and he helps with everything. He brought me to the place to see the fireflies and chatting with him was fun. The food in the restaurant is very delicious, especially the homemade burgers. The rooms are big enough and for the money you pay it is valuable. Still it needs some improvements and Roberto knows and is working on it. Everything worked such as aircon and hot shower.

Very low water pressure, but he soon will install a pump to fix it. Sometimes bad smell out of the sink.

Lovely place to stay with incredibly kind staff and owner. The food in the restaurant was delicious and with a huge variety for vegans and vegetarians. Roberto, the owner, helped us with everything we needed and gave us plenty of pointers for our stay in Donsol and in the wider Albay region. It was a lovely place to have some intimate and peaceful time but with sufficient opportunities to connect with other travellers!

the pillar of this place is Roberto and his wife, amazing people that will help you to make your stay confortable and help you discover the area beyond expectations, property is clean, well located close to all major attractions like the whale Sharks interaction center, firefly tour …etc with an exotic and sweet atmosphere, addictive. add to this their restaurant with best menu hundreds kilometers arround.

at the end of the stay, you will not want to go back home.

Our host was amazing and helped us a lot e.g. in transportation topics! The room was very clean.

Unfortunately it was noisy due to the traffic but everything was fine with ear plugs

The room was spacious, comfortable, with everything you need, hot water, air conditioning, comfortable bed, closet. Roberto and his wife were wonderful hosts! Our stay was fantastic! They have a restaurant with delicious dishes. We hope they continue to grow in their entrepreneurship and look forward to seeing them again soon. Highly recommended!
