Very cheap for a whole apartment! Clean and comfortable with functioning air conditioning. Good location for the University, about 20 mins walk into the centre.

WiFi wasn't super reliable.

Clean and spacious rooms. Complete kitchenware. Accesible to parks, restos etc. They also rent a scooter. The staffs are also kind and accomodating. I would love to come back there.

I am travelling up and down to Dumaguete since 2007.... ahouls hVEW GONW TO THIS accomodation alreday many years ago!!

The room was lovely and clean, with good facilities. The WiFi signal was good throughout our stay too. The location was excellent too.

The room was lovely, large bed, lots of space with a seating area and kitchen. Two aircon units which were incredibly quiet. The owner could not have been more helpful. Great location close to restaurants and shops.

The garden space at the rear could be better.

Location wise is accessible, quite and clean place. Unfortunately we cant stay becoz of most common problems of small numbers of room accomodation, still they managed to cater us for transportation and hotel accomodation in a hotel nearby.Thank you so much
