The room was nice and comfortable and especially the twin beds. The view from the room was good too, but spoilt somewhat by the protective glass covering getting old and discolouring and bubbling. The menu for evening meals was very good, especially for Filipino dishes, and the restaurant was lovely. The staff were always polite and helpful. The central location of this very pleasant hotel was ideal for easily getting about the city and the seafront and ferry port are within easy walking distance.

Nothing much really. I've experienced much better buffet breakfasts in other hotels with a larger range of choices and higher quality, but that's a fairly minor quibble in an otherwise excellent hotel which I would certainly recommend overall.

Good central location in Dumaguete, walkable to the Boulevard and malls etc. the hotel looks modern from the outside but the rooms are a bit dated. My suite was spacious and had enormous tv and seating couch area……

I can’t understand why a hotel would provide a kettle and coffee cups for room refreshment but not provide the simple coffee, creamer and sugar sachets ! And for a room costing almost php 6,000 per night. Which means a walk to 7/11 to buy these simple necessities. The tv was amazing but because it’s internet connected, every time the WiFi signal weakened, it cut off. Breakfast was disappointing….. little choice and crowded dining area at 8am.

Breakfast were excellent only if you love rice or fried rice.Choices of breakfast daily are changing. Hotels are very accessible to all the malls and nearby tourist spot to visit. The housekeeper were always there to clean our rooms everyday. Would like to commend them for their hard work and all the help that they can do to make our stay comfortable.Kudos to Jonabel from the housekeeping department because she helped us from moving to the othe room because wifi is not working from the first room assignment and I really need it (wifi)to finish the report that I need to submit in my work.You guys are amazing.We are looking forward to stay here again in the future.

The only thing I don’t like is the visibility of Room number in the key cards.For safety reason, if I lost the key card somewhere else and someone will saw it, it will be a big trouble because the information of the hotel and the room number is transparent in the key card.

the location is great

i slept in 2 different bedrooms. the tv remote control is so hard to use. even the staff complains when i ask for help because the cable box is complicated. i swear the cable boxes and televisions need to be replaced! and keep one remote control only

Stayed here for 10 nights. Staff are very kind. The cleaning lady was the best, always smiling. Must be the best hotel in dumaguete city (not talking about the resorts). 5 min walk to the boulevard, room was modern, clean and big, hot water, breakfast was enough for me. I asked for a room not facing the street and it was very quiet. Safe in the room. Underground parking for motorcycle. Would definitely come back.

Kettle was fall of limescale so I did not use. One of the elevators did not work.

Clean. Rooms were a good size, air conditioned and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Jethro s was very friendly and shirked me to the places I needed to go and I was able to charge the fees to my room.

Breakfast buffet was good but it would’ve been nice to have a bigger selection.

The location and the room itself

While having breakfast with the fam one of the staff just randomly give out the receipt of the total bill to us. I feel so disrespected for that action unfortunately I forgot to take that name of the staff but this should goes out to all the staff in F & B. it's not even the halfway of our breakfast.very disrectful.

The hotel has a little old world feel of New Orleans, LA. Wood floors instead of carpet. It has iron-grill verandas so it's romantic in a simple way.

It's OK if there's no face cloth but I would love to have a wash cloth. The pillow is not thick enough to elevate my head but if there's two pillows, that would work.

The breakfast was not up to what I am accustomed to getting. But, it did do its job. The selection is very limited, I am a bit of a health freak, so I don't eat pork, and I don't like my eggs cooked with oil. The selection is super limited, but for the price of the room, you can't complain.

The bed was a bit stiff, but you can't expect an amazing bed with the price that is given.

Walking distance to almost all possible areas such as: Airport, Seaport, the Boulevard, Silliman University, the Cathedral, markets…

It’s difficult to use their remote for airconditioning and TV. Their hot water temperature is difficult at times to adjust.
