The location which is close to nearly the places we wanted to go. The staff in the restaurant, the security guards , the bell boys, the cleaning service staff and the drivers were nice and friendly. The room is ok although a bit out-dated yet clean. The food in the restaurant was nicely cooked, it satisfied our cravings. Breakfast choices was ok. Van service was readily available as per request. Thank you 😊

The staff in the front desk need more training in dealing with customers. Especially when checking-in, staff were not welcoming. There was not a proper communication as to breakfast time, spa, etc but we read through it. They just handed out a form to fill out. There was not a welcome pack (coffee/tea facilities) like in most hotels. Although bottled water was provided for everyday, hot drinking water per request.

The room was nice and comfortable and especially the twin beds. The view from the room was good too, but spoilt somewhat by the protective glass covering getting old and discolouring and bubbling. The menu for evening meals was very good, especially for Filipino dishes, and the restaurant was lovely. The staff were always polite and helpful. The central location of this very pleasant hotel was ideal for easily getting about the city and the seafront and ferry port are within easy walking distance.

Nothing much really. I've experienced much better buffet breakfasts in other hotels with a larger range of choices and higher quality, but that's a fairly minor quibble in an otherwise excellent hotel which I would certainly recommend overall.

Good central location in Dumaguete, walkable to the Boulevard and malls etc. the hotel looks modern from the outside but the rooms are a bit dated. My suite was spacious and had enormous tv and seating couch area……

I can’t understand why a hotel would provide a kettle and coffee cups for room refreshment but not provide the simple coffee, creamer and sugar sachets ! And for a room costing almost php 6,000 per night. Which means a walk to 7/11 to buy these simple necessities. The tv was amazing but because it’s internet connected, every time the WiFi signal weakened, it cut off. Breakfast was disappointing….. little choice and crowded dining area at 8am.

-Location: This hotel is right in the center of everything, just a short walk to the boulevard, public market, church, and many restaus. -Buffet Breakfast: Great selection of breakfast meals, and they change the menu daily 🙂 -Room: I stayed for 5 days, so I chose a hotel with a cabinet for storage. The room was spacious, although design-wise its a bit old , it was still clean and comfortable. The toilet has a bidet, which was a plus.

No hot showers - If you shower at night expect it to be iced cold.

Fast check-in and checkout, spacious room, and food that’s reasonable for the price. We love that it’s in a convenient location for the places we were visiting. The front desk staff were really nice, and while the room is a bit dated, it’s still well worth what we paid.

There was a small stub on the bathroom floor that we had to cover with a towel to avoid stepping on it, and it was a bit rusty. The mirror was also slightly dirty, but aside from that, we really enjoyed our stay!

I really love the room , big bed , clean and near sheets. The two gentleman in the hotel entrace was very helpful ! Had a good initiative to help and open the door and bring my stuff to the hotel room . Really appreciate it ! The breakfast was good , but I suggest more food varieties ! The fruit area was scarce even the salad bar.

Breakfast were excellent only if you love rice or fried rice.Choices of breakfast daily are changing. Hotels are very accessible to all the malls and nearby tourist spot to visit. The housekeeper were always there to clean our rooms everyday. Would like to commend them for their hard work and all the help that they can do to make our stay comfortable.Kudos to Jonabel from the housekeeping department because she helped us from moving to the othe room because wifi is not working from the first room assignment and I really need it (wifi)to finish the report that I need to submit in my work.You guys are amazing.We are looking forward to stay here again in the future.

The only thing I don’t like is the visibility of Room number in the key cards.For safety reason, if I lost the key card somewhere else and someone will saw it, it will be a big trouble because the information of the hotel and the room number is transparent in the key card.

Located at town center, rooms were very good. My request for 2 single beds were accommodated. Price was very good wc includes breakfast buffet for 2.staff was quick to respond to my reported no hot water in my shower. To avoid the inconvenience of transferring, I accepted the offer of showering in the room next to us. I like the quick decisive action. Booking online was quick and easy.

Clean. Rooms were a good size, air conditioned and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Jethro s was very friendly and shirked me to the places I needed to go and I was able to charge the fees to my room.

Breakfast buffet was good but it would’ve been nice to have a bigger selection.

the location is great

i slept in 2 different bedrooms. the tv remote control is so hard to use. even the staff complains when i ask for help because the cable box is complicated. i swear the cable boxes and televisions need to be replaced! and keep one remote control only
