it’s already our 4th time staying at z pension and what we really like about this place is how friendly and accomodating the staffs are. The place is also clean and it’s just near the stores

We got the deluxe room and we like the look and the ambiance of the budget room than the deluxe room. we feel like the budget room looks more like a deluxe than the actual deluxe room. The only difference of the deluxe and the budget is the blanket and they have a shower heater at the bathroom. If only they’ll allow us we’d pay for the budget room with the price of the deluxe.

it was good! easy check in and check out. you leave your room key every time you leave though but there's usually a person downstairs at all times so it wasn't hard to get back. they have hot and cold water available but it is just tap.

The aircon was very cold. The rooms with the city view were good as they were bright during the day. Wifi was strong.

The lobby at the front desk area was so small and it would probably be a hazard during emergencies. The way to the 3rd floor was exhausting but can be managed. Saw tiny roaches in the CR that was so small.

I like the location, the room was big and the beds were clean. Will be coming back for sure.

Just the door bell I thought its the fire alarm. Everything is great just replace your door bell sound to nice music.

the bathroom especially.. the sink are not cleaned well..the balde and the tabo are not cleaned well..

room, close to everything, not expensive

the cleaner, she is very suspicious, one time I just go down and stayed there and the cleaner followed me and when I get back she followed me again, and when we are about to check out this cleaner is hurrying us to go out while we are still waiting for someone.

The location is just walking distance to the Public Market and accessible to all. Price was good for 3 pax in one room. Friendly staff and very accommodating.

The shower area was too small and the room was just fit for 3pax. The aircon was enough to cool the room.

Their pillows and bed are of good quality. Was able to sleep comfortably.

I had to switch rooms to be able to connect to the internet. Even after changing rooms, internet is very slow.

Location is near the boulevard, plaza and public market yet, it is so peaceful.

2nd time na namin mag stay dito Z pension. Sobrang linis talaga ng place and mabango, tahimik, affordable pa. Mababait din yung staffs. 🤍
