The best part of the hotel is it's location. It's literally right next to Robinsons Dumaguete. The room is clean and updated, they provide daily room cleaning and have water dispenser on the floors.

Lobby is not airconditioned. The room lacks hair dryer, mini fridge and no closet/ cabinet to put on your stuffs. Like my luggage is just lying on the floor because they don't have storage. They dont put chair on the table, you have to request for it depending on the availability. The TV don't work and the aircon is too weak. Don't use their 3in1 shampoo conditioner bodywash because it damages my hair. Except the front desk, the other staffs and guards are not welcoming. They won't greet you and just stares at you. When I requested for a chair, he staff just put it on the door without saying a word. They will just walk past you like nobody's there.

Good quality accommodation convenient for Robinson's mall and access to the city. Spacious bedroom and we were given the choice of a twin room or double room. Staff friendly and welcoming.Room serviced daily. WiFi access good.

A little noisy at times, noise from other guests mainly at night but you cannot blame the hotel for this . There was construction work going on next to the hotel but this was not a problem. Windows in room could do with a clean.

The room space is just right. The location is a bit far from the city center but there is a Robinsons Mall nearby. If you have a tour and you just need a place to stay. This is recommended. But if you want to explore the center and the boulevard, this is a bit far. And don’t pay PHP 300-400 pesos tricycle fare going here from airport. Best is PHP 50-60/ person accdg to the locals. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

We stayed there twice this month of July 2024. The staff were so accommodating and helpful to us since we came all the way from Mindanao by long land and ferry trip. Our tiredness was comforted by how the staff facilitated the 11 rooms we reserved since most of my companions were senior citizens. It was a wonderful experience to stay in this property. So, in behalf of my companions who happily stayed in this property, I highly recommend it and will surely be staying there again.

Accesible and quite, also clean and for money's worth, it's good enough.

It was around like 13:20 and guests are starting to check-in. There was only one receptionist which took quite a while for the other guests. Booking.com charged me for Php 1,316 but property collected for Php 1,500 (as what the receptionist said). Let me assume that she charged as for an early check-in. We got in at our room at exactly 13:56. I wasn't able to ask the receptionist at first since we're in a hurry to go to the loo and all around we're on the clock. Checked my account and was actually charged for Php 1,540. Come to think of it, it was the same price from their website when I checked the availability around May.

no fridge in room or microwave in the hotel. hallways have no aircon and open windows. could use an outside seating place. no hot water at night

It was quite clean... everything I needed for my stay which is really more for business. Staff are very helpful and would accommodate as much as possible. They did not charge me extra for anything and I requested for pillows. Internet could be improved though.. Location is quite far but it was alright since it was also near a mall and public transpo was just there. Thank you Go.

Nothing really. I understood its state since I know that they were improving their facilities. It is far from the center but otherwise it was good. I guess they have to start renovating their rooms soon as it can be a little outdated... Otherwise, everything was very okey.

Location was good, just behind Robinsons, and near the jeepney and Ceres terminal. Room and bathroom were clean and with lots of clothes hanger, perfect for those who goes swimming in Valencia and Apo Island. Luggage is also secured, if you arrive early but no early check in is available.

AC was broken, it doesn't get cold even when set to the lowest temp.

The staff were always approachable and as soon as you tell them to check the room for cleaning, they radioed it in an instant was did it straight away. They are very hardworking and attentive. All of the staff was nice even the guards greet you. Best service!

I think adding another bin in the room would be nice. Also couldn't use the rain option for shower because there's no door so water floods the whole bathroom. 😅

Everything in it, except the receptionist didn't give full details about the hotel upon arrival, like where I can get the free water, if there's a restaurant in the hotel, also about the safety volt inside the room. I know I can ask, but it might be excellent if the receptionist will give us the full details upon arrival.

The tv is not functioning as I thought, no teaspoon for the coffee cup, no floor rug inside to use for the bathroom.
