- Quiet room I asked for a quiet room when I made the reservation. They gave me a room at the end of the hall far from the noisy street. I slept very well. - Very comfortable bed - Very friendly ladies at the reception - Very helpful They answered all questions (Where to buy spare parts for computers, nightlife, ...). - WiFi in my room with no problems - Check-in in less than a minute The key with my name was already at the reception. - Small breakfast included - Terrace on the 4th floor with good views Here you can eat what you bought in a restaurant. - Close to ATM, shops, restaurants, port, bus terminal - Complimentary shampoo in the bathroom

- Noisy street The rooms facing the street must be noisy. If you don't like noise, you should ask for a quiet room. - Floor in the bathroom Something in the toilet, possibly a small hose, was leaking and the floor was constantly wet.

Location was good, I had access to several areas in the city on foot; my room was spacious and was kept cool by the A/C even if I had big windows facing the sun; fast WiFi which is why I returned to stay with them; free water is provided but you have to take them from the dispenser at the opposite end of the hall; staff was helpful regarding few questions about the city

Housekeeping did not properly clean the floor when I asked them, they did however replace the bed and pillow covers; Korean masks were not provided anymore, probably because it was not my first time staying with them; no elevators, so it's not friendly to elderly or differently abled

Location is fantastic and pretty much in the centre of Dumaguete. Most of the main attractions are within walking distance as are plenty of shops, restaurants, cafes and shopping malls. Robinson's Place Dumaguete is 20 minutes, but walkable. The bathroom and toilet were clean. The bathroom is fully tiled with a walk-in shower where soap, shampoo and conditioner suppled. Water pressure was decent and there was no problem getting hot water. AC works well and it's comfortable working or sleeping in the room. There is a vegan restaurant on the 4th (roof) floor, called The Green Chef Dumaguete. Fantastic for lunch or dinner if you're vegetarian/vegan as the food is vegan versions of Filipino food, which is very rare. A desk and chair to work on WiFi is fast, stable and works well. The staff are fantastic even by Filipino standards. They're welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Small double room The mattress was soft for by Philippines standard. I could feel the bed board. I like a firm bed. This was a little firmer than I like, but not uncomfortable. Kettle, but no coffee or tea.

The property is so close to downtown Dumaguete 7/11 about 100 meters away Access is two flights of stairs, just so you are aware. Air conditioning great Warm / Hot shower water great Motorcycle parking outside the door and security guard onsite Within 4 minutes pedi cab ride from CERES Terminal Bed really comfortable The hotel staff responsive and friendly This is the best value in Dumaguete that is to have a comfortable place for an inexpensive fee. GRAB delivery also close to many of the food places

I enjoyed my 4 weeks in Kayong’s Inn deluxe double room 303. The room was comfortable and functional and the staff is exceptional. I took advantage of the convenient laundry service and the free water on each floor is a nice bonus. Kayong’s is about a 15-minute walk to the restaurants by the ocean and 10 minutes to the downtown mall. My favorite restaurant in Dumaguete was the Green Chef right upstairs, and I’m not even vegan!

The air conditioner in room 303 is very loud! Also I wish the window was bigger.

I love how cold the A/C is in the room and the smart TV, but we only used YT. The Inn is located near the market and everything. I like how friendly the staff are and they are pet friendly indeed. The housekeeping staff is very kind. Thank you for the nice gesture of giving us a mattress for our dog.

There was a leak at the A/C on the first room that we were staying. Maybe because of the typhoon but it’s nice that this will be fixed. The parking is very difficult as they have a shared parking space with the Auto Parts below.

- affordability and value for money was great. - central location - strong water pressure in shower and stable temperature control - very clean - a quality vegan/vegetarian restaurant on the top floor - it was just what we were looking for, a bed for a couple of nights in a good location that is clean and comfortable. - bike rental available for 350 a day

- the bike rental was very affordable, but I would have been happy to pay a little more for slightly better maintenance. We were only there a couple of days so decided to take it anyway. The rear tyre needed replacing (the treads were smooth) and air (we just filled with air) and the steering was loose and possibly very slightly misaligned. Safe enough to drive and passable for a short term rental but could be held to a safer standard.

The location was good, 15mins by foot from the port of Dumaguete and 8 mins away by foot from the bus station. Good WiFi, nice and helpful staff.

Our room was very noisy, especially at night because it was just in front of the street where the traffic is very intense. The AC also very noisy at night and we could sleep not very well. The shower was ok, but hot water was very hot and cool water was very cool, difficult to mix them together and have a perfect shower… but not a big problem for us.

My room had big windows, which was great even if the view was just streets; my room was spacious; welcome kit included Korean face masks; surprisingly fast WiFi (I asked for a room with the fastest WiFi)

Bathroom had an unpleasant smell when you first use the room; hot water works but temp was too hot and it was cumbersome to adjust; some corners of the room were still dirty or dusty; Smart TV was outdated, only YouTube worked

Small room, but quiet and lots of shelves to allow unpacking of luggage. Bathroom very good, shower separated by shower curtain, hot water, good pressure. Room vert clean, a/c effective and bed comfortable. Tv with YouTube, Netflix etc. Staff very friendly. Free water. Coffee making facilities. Vegetarian restaurant on top floor. Bus station (for Apo pier 20php away / 15 min walk. Ferry same distance in opposite direction. Good location.
