Room very clean, beds comfortable ,good refrigerator. Hot water for coffee etc was in a urn down corridor but was pnly luke warm. Lucky i had a heating coil to make milk for 3 year old. We stayed again on night of 18/9/23 , different room but same quality. My family and i have stayed there previous years and if anything, the standard has improved. Hope to return 9/24 for visit, if so, will stay again. VERY SATISFIED!!!!!!

NO food available at all but was no problem as many eateries are extremely close by.

I have not taken my breakfast because i forgot i checked out early and the receptionist didnt remind me. About the location its good

The check in time... I asked if I can check in early of the check in time since I have to leave the house early due to the long travel hours. You know Its 5hrs away from ours. Since I was not assured I took the 2nd trip where the arrival time is exactly the check in time. The result I was trembling because I was not able to have lunch on time

Very nice hotel in Dumaguette, central location near boulevard and main sights. Spacious quiet room that was very clean, good TV, Wi-Fi, Free water, 24 hr security.

Would been nice to be able to pay by debit card. Cable TV glitched sometimes.

The room was great value for money, especially for being in transit to other places.

The bathroom was very small and not the cleanest. Also, pictures might be a bit misleading in this regard, needs an update.

Location amazing. Centrally located easy to walk around the main downtown of the city. So many food choices as well around the area. LP mall is a step stone away.

The property looks tired and dated. But you get what you pay for I guess. It is truly affordable. And the cleaning staff really does try to clean the property as much.

The location is great as it near Sans Rival, Silliman, Boulevard or Baywalk. Almost everything is walking distance from the hotel.

The room smells a bit like an old cabinet. The reception smells good. It would be great if they could use some in the room.

Value for money & great location! There's a water dispenser on our floor so that's great too. 👍🏻

Our room didn't have a window. You get what you pay for but I guess we could have asked to change rooms as well. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Excellent staff and security gaurd very helpful. Bed was comfortable, hot water shower , air conditioner was quiet. A great value.

Everything was great

The location was bang in the centre of the city! The hotel is simple yet clean and tidy. The interior is a bit out dated and need a bit of updating. I love how they have toothbrushes, soaps, shampoos and coffees in the room but no water though.

I didn’t like the blankets, they were super thin. Would be nice to have a proper duvet.

The staff and location of the Nicanor are hard to beat for the price. I really love this hotel and have stayed here many times now.

The facility itself has a few items that are still in a state of improvement, but I still love the place for the price
