Staff were all friendly and accommodating. We were able to book the same room for another night via call, giving us a better price offering. We had a smooth checkin and checkout. They have hot water in the shower. There's water dispenser at the ground floor. There's nearby laundry shop as well. We had a pleasant stay overall.

The Internet was quite slow esp in our room where wifi signal is quite weak already. Mobile data isn't quite reliable either. Had to attend an online class and had to find a cafe with good reception. Wish there are racks in the shower area for our own toiletries.

Very clean and comfortable. Shower has hot water and rooms have aircon. Friendly and helpful desk staff. Excellent value for money. Overall a great base for a couple of days working in Dumaguete.

I had a room within the stairwell which didn't have windows! So probably best to request when booking if you'd like some natural light. As another review stated, there is a cockerel that will start screeching at about 4am, so bring earplugs.

We love its location, cleanliness, accommodating staffs. It is also budget friendly with its good facilities and quality service. The hotel is new and hopefully it will further improve for the better. We really love our stay here and we will be coming back again with family and other friends.

Only 2 things: 1. The cr has two parts, the shower and the toilet.I strongly suggest that the toilet must have its own drainage just like in the shower, so that the possible excess water could flow and easy to drain. It's unavoidable to have no splashes of water even if they have shower curtain. 2. There's a 50pesos charge for food to be placed inside the refrigerator of the hotel for 24 hours. Our food is only 1 pack of 10pcs silvanas and was placed for about 10 hrs only. I hope they could get some considerations especially to other guests that may experience the same scenario. But overall, the stay was superb and very good. Thank you and keep it up.

The location is secure with free parking and 24/7 security guards. The rooms are satisfactory. The staff is also accommodating she helped us book a trip for a day tour to visit famous spots in Valencia. I would definitely recommend this place.

Given its reasonable pricing and convenient location, Blue Horizon Hotel is a good option for budget-conscious travelers. It provides a clean and comfortable stay without unnecessary stress, making it a decent choice for those who need a simple place to rest.

The beds are reasonably comfortable. The aircon unit is a typical noisy one but it gets the job done. The nearest mall is about a kilometer away, so having your own transportation is important. The staff was able to recommend me a nearby scooter rental company and call them for me.

Water interruptions, i was in the middle of my shower and the water stops. I almost freak-out, i called my husband to report the problem at the front desk. I waited 30mins in the bathroom before the water comes back 🥺

It's close to everything. Just a tricycle ride away. Staff are friendly and they allow us to have early check in for a very cheap price.

The aircon is too loud but not so cold. The bed frames are old and have been scratched but it's still comfortable. The tricycle drivers don't know that name Oyo so if you stay here just tell them Blue horizon.

location just few steps from the main street, but relatively quiet, room was simply, but practically furnished. staff was nice and helpful. grocery shops, laundrette nearby. wifi ok. good value for money

it’s not something I “don’t” like per se but probably a suggestion for improvement: • the bathroom sink in Room 308 is leaking. Flooded the entire bathroom floor. • no water dispenser was provided in the 3rd floor. we have to go down to the 2nd, worse to ground floor just to get drinking water. • only 1 soap and 1 shampoo was provided. I must say it wasn’t a consumption for 2 people on a 2-day stay 🙁
