The main reception area and rooms were tidy, clean and very nice. Breakfast buffet was included and food quality and service was excellent. Don't listen to any bad reviews especially of people complaining about privacy for "sex or falling and hurting their knees. Staff were attentive and helpful as you would expect in the Philippines. Sometimes people have royal expectations and shallow pockets and expect the world to cater to their needs while paying low prices.

If the rooftop had more lounge style seating and a bar, could have been a good place to hang out for a drink in the evening.

location is great, short walk from the port. The is four massage chairs free of charge in the lobby which are lovely to relax in in the evening. our room was spacious which was nice and compared to other hotels is is great value for money as your base if out exploring all day. not much at the hotel if you are looking a day to relax.

No keycard is left in the room so upon arrival our room was like a sauna. when you leave your room for the day and come back again the room is too hot. we had a twin room so pushed the two beds together and under the beds were dust and toe nail clippings! The breakfast was very basic, the block of butter was left out for everyone and it melting in to the crumbs and ants crawling over it, hard to enjoy a bit of toast. the milk jug is left out without cooling of someway so for cereal is it warm.

We stayed at One El NIdo Suite for 4 nights. The hotel is a 10m walk to El Nido, and located by the beach where other resorts/hotels are located. The staff was always very helpful, and even tended to my special request. The room size was quite good and it had all amenities.

The outside of the hotel looks quite odd, like an abandoned mall. The room unfortunately had a view to the street, and there was no real natural light coming in. The breakfast was underaachieving and could be better.

The room was spacious. Two big beds, a large window and a nice bathroom. There was daily cleaning. The shower had warm water, pressure and there was a hair dryer. The location of the hotel is good if you rent a scooter as in 3min you are in the town center. If you don’t then better stay more central

The bed sheets were not clean, there was make up on one pillow. There was also hair in the shower when we arrived.

I like that the room is clean and comfortable. It has mini fridge and kettle which are very useful. It has also BPI atm downstairs, which is great!I like the staffs are friendly and helpful and treat their guests equally foreign or local. Some part of El nido the establishment prefer to serve only white.Its a shame .I personally experienced this in Hub resto near frenz hostel.If you support racism go there otherwise skip that place.:)

The location is not in the center but tolerable.I mean you can walk but imagine doing this everyday :).There are two restaurants nearby but the options there is meh.

We booked a room with a view on a sea. I am recommening you to pay extra few money as it is worth it, even thought you can barly see beach. Spacious room, great beds and quiet place. Hotel is located between El Nido downtown(10-15min walk) and CorongCorong beach (not much there to do beside few sunset bars...- much better to go Marimegmeg beach) People are complaining about breakfast, but I can assure you, there are enough options for everyone. We were very happy with choosing that hotel, as it was everything we need for a 2 night stay.

The location was perfect. You can walk to El Nido town or take a tricycle. We usually took the tricycle. It is also walking distance to the Pop district, where there are dining options and beach access. Also close by is a laundry service and a pharmacy. The staff were all very accommodating and welcoming and super nice. Rooms were spacious, clean, good air conditioning. Breakfast served on the roof level was good, and you are treated to a great view while you eat.

Minor details: shower doesn’t get really hot, but it is hot in the Philippines so a hot shower isn’t needed. The lighting in the bathroom could be better, as well as the hand soap.

All staff are absolutely friendly and welcoming. Buffet breakfast on our first day but the rest of our stay were ordered before hand. I prefer to have my breakfast as buffet. The place and rooms are beautiful but quite expensive for what it is as it’s not right on the beach.

Room should be cleaned every single day and make sure the toiletries are provided at all times. ( asked for toilet rolls a few times)

Very accommodating staffs always there to assist especially Lorraine. She had accomodated my request and reserved the room that is partially facing the sea which is great! Thank you Lorraine! Location is at the centre, so it is walking distance to nearby town or to the beach. You can rent a kayak to go to Meremegmeg to watch the sunset if you like. Room is very clean and being cleaned daily. Towels replenished daily. Kettle and fridge in situ. With television on cable channels for your entertainment. Digital safe in place. Temperature controlled Air-conditioning. Clean and spacious shower and toilet ensuite with toiletries provided. Powerful shower with heater! Internet is OK for browsing and video calls anticipate that signal can be loss when in the room. Breakfast is very good and serves continental and Philippine cuisine. This is located on the top floor in an open air setting, overlooking town and the sea! Thank you One Elnido Suites for our great stay, until next time!

They helped us with a wheelchair as my wife got her ankle twisted. The view of the ocean from the room. Quiet and very spacious. Good rooftop buffet breakfast. Good location - middle way from El Nido Town and Las Cabanas beach. By the fresh produce market where we could buy delicious fruit. Fridge in room.

Nothing
