All of my feedback will be on a “hotel” because it isn’t a resort (the word resort is used excessively in Philippines) Reading all the negative comments here and in google I was scared and thought about canceling, but it is not disastrous, actually pretty good place with a lot of potential and some points to correct: - amazing location : first line in beach, in Vanilla beach which is outside the town that I found crowded dirty and noisy whilst here, peaceful beautiful nature and sunsets. - vanilla beach is one of the finest beaches of El Nido, a tricycle ride to the town is 150 pesos for up to 3 people - 6 mn walk to McDonalds - 2 mn walk to the best sunset you can get - next to zip line el Nido which I loved - all staff, with no exceptions, are nice and helpful and smily - we asked for an extra bed in our room which they responded to positively with a reasonable price - restaurant food is super delicious : I am saying this as someone who suffered to find good food in almost all Philippines - the view from our room was breathtaking: no word to describe! I wish I can wake up to this everyday - room is spacious, was enough for 3 people with many luggage - bed linen clean, mattress comfortable. Enough plugs, correct decoration, hot water, modern AC and accessories - they offer help with luggage at arrival and departure (as it is accessible only through the beach)

- it is not a resort, but a hotel with amazing amazing view - breakfast is very limited - room cleaning inly 1/2 days on demand (which is an inconvenience for a beachfront hotel with sand and water) - price is kind of expensive for what it offers for poor breakfast and no other included dish - access only by beach, otherwise with their service car! This should be mentioned big on the description! (It is not inconvenient when you know it because you contact them before and they pick up from McDonalds but if you don’t know then reaching the hotel following maps with luggage can be very difficult) - no response through booking (but they do respond via WhatsApp number given after booking)

definitely dont take bike rental from the property. they charged us for an already broken helmet and a broken key compartment that was not of our fault

Location, room, authentic musics

On February 1st, during dinner and February 2nd, during check-out, they wanted to make us pay for two food bills that did not belong to us. We do not understand whether they tried to take from us what others ate, for which they could not get their money before. When the bill comes to the table, be sure to count what you ate and drank carefully..

The place is wonderful

The details make the difference between a correct stay or an excellent one. And some details fail. The staff do not seem to be professional or well trained for the job, some time are chatting among themselves instead of attending the customer. The mirror lights in the bathroom were broken, no possibility to pay with a credit card, .... little things with a minimum investment and interest for doing well. The results were excellent.

Location is great! I could watch the landscapes for hours. It's very close to las cabanas sunset point which is a perfect place to watch sunsets and a nice beach for swimming. In front of the hotel it's rocky but just next to hotel a place for swimming. Tricycle to town costs 150 one way. Easy to get a tricykle. Nice and helpfull staff. Easy to buy tours or get a van at a tour point just next to the hotel. You can refill your waterbottle at the hotel. Little shop just next to hotel.

You had to ask for room cleaning even though you had the sign hanging on your door and also remind about cleaning. Wifi not working all the time. Sometimes all day without working.

Beaut location. Great view. On the beach. Food was nice. Breakfast basic. Shops close by. Tricycle service to local places. Staff arranged our island trips. Prices for trips are standard. Staff carried our bags over the beach to accommodation.

Aircon was not working so we got an upgrade. Was a lovely start to our trip. Some rooms no wifi use public space.

I loved the beautiful view and close proximity to the beach (it was right off the step). Two great, but slightly pricey by Philippines standards, restaurants right beside the resort and a restaurant in the resort as well. Free buffet breakfast which was delicious but not kept hot so if you don’t come right away it will be cold.

Is inconvenient to have to carry bags a long way as the hotel is not accessible by vehicle, but we didn’t pack much. There was no wifi when we were here and phone service isn’t great, but that meant we spent less time on our phones.

Location is magnificent. Good swimming beach

wasn't clear you have to walk from the road to the resort along the beach. No phone signal at drop off so can't call

the location its greate , deluxe room with sea view are very nice and clean i recomended i really dont understand the bad reviews here. the girls from reception was very nice and help us with all .

The location, beach front was amazing. A little hard to find though as you have to walk down from the road and along the beach, we weren’t told that but the location made up for it

There was no fridge in the room but otherwise is was nice with lovely views
