The staff was amazing and super accomodating, always polite and greeting us with a welcoming smile everytime we came back from somewhere. Awesome service even at reception, I made many calls and they were always quick to cover my enquiries and needs :)

Some mold in the showers, but I understand that is a hard thing to stay ontop of seeing as there are also many rooms that need cleaning. But it was only very tiny anyway, the rest was quite clean and they fold the bedsheets and change your towels everyday. Honestly, this one was out of the hotels control.. but there were some nights where other guests were really loud. They were laughing at 3AM and thudding around.

Excellent service at the reception. Very conveniently located with access to the mall. Love that they provide eco-friendly toothbrush.

I just expected a better breakfast buffet. I was surprised that it was at the basement and when I had my breakfast the food was already cold even though they were supposed to be warm considering there's food warmer. The chicken adobo looked like a bunch of leftovers to be honest. But the service was great, just wished there were better food choices.

Location. It is attached to a mall which made it very convenient. The mall had many good restaurants to choose from and it even has a Catholic Chapel. I also love the staff. Very nice, professional, friendly, helpful and polite. Shout out to Mark, Jun and Marvin!

Hair dryer was cracked, all outlets were lose (plugs do not stay on), bathroom lights were dim (room 506).

Staff, from the front desk to housekeeping and porters/security were all very attentive to our needs! The proximity to Robinson’s Magnolia Mall; and outside night security is excellent.

Rooms are clean, beds were comfortable but bathroom had molds and one room’s AC wasn’t working properly. Though, they addressed all our concerns upon request.

The hotel is conveniently located inside a shopping mall, so shops are right at hand without even stepping outside. The LRT station is just a 5-minute walk, making it very easy to reach the city center. The rooms were clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast selection is quite limited. Apart from that, everything was perfectly fine.

The showers in room 428 is just horid. only the normal shower works, but the rainfall shower is just depressing. The water does not flow into it. We stayed in on the 4th floor. Imagine the showers on the 5th , if the water pressure is not strong enough to reach the over head showers. They also dont have designated smoking area. So you gonna have to work to the mall area for designated smoking spot.

Location was perfect being right next to the huge Mall. Rooms were spacious, beds and pillows very comfortable and it was quiet. The staff were very nice and helpful also. It’s very popular for weddings and gets booked out.

Advice only. It is an old building so the rooms showed wear and tear just so you know.

Smart for a hotel to be within the mall complex as it was easy to go around and get what you need. Rest is also easy to come by because of the good accommodation. The room is spacious, well-lit, and very conducive for resting. Had the best sleep of my life in weeks!

Informed late about the pet cleaning fee of 1k/night but it's all good as we were politely told about it. Wish this could be included in the booking details so it doesn't come as a surprise for the guests staying for the first time with pets.

Very nice, helpful and attentive staff , from doorman, concierge, to housekeeping. Clean sheets, comfortable bed, water supply, complete toiletries, accessible to mall, and free parking! To Adrian - housekeeper on 4th floor - best! Kim -concierge, best too!

I hope there is a microwave oven in each rooms and for Safety, there should be like a key card lock for elevator so not anyone can just go up to the hotel, only the people who are checked in can have the key to the elevator to go up.

Floor tiles were cracked becuz they were not originally glued down properly. Morning showers had no water pressure. Housekeeping does not clean shower (mold in tile grout). Also, needs light for bath mirror for shaving and / or makeup. Other than those issues it was ok but i dont think the room is worth ~$47 in Manila.
