Very clean place. The location is a bit far from everything, but if that doesn’t matter to you then this is perfect. It’s a clean place, no cockroaches, the staff is very friendly, and the costs are quite low for what you get. There’s also a 7-11 nearby, and all in all it’s a relaxed place to stay.

What was less good about the place is that they have strange rules, like having to leave your key at the reception when you go outside, as if you’re a child. I don’t understand this rule at all and it’s really ridiculous, because you have to sign a paper stating that they are not responsible for theft in your room, and then you’re required to leave your key there where everyone walks past and can easily grab it, since the staff don’t watch it all the time.

The location and neighborhood, value for money, new amenities and clean rooms spacious rooms, they provided additional rooms with no additional charges since the issue was from their side. Ate was very accomodating and helpful.

The AC is outdated and can not cool the whole room. We rented 2 rooms origanally both family rooms meaning large rooms. But there was an AC issue with the other one so we were given 1 family room good for 6, and two standard rooms. A regular sized AC can cool standard but not the family room. Good thing fans were provided. The bathrooms may need improvement like hooks, fixtures for toiletries. Overall, stay was ok! 👌

Unfortunately the place is a bit far for me as a first timer, I didn't know the easiest way to go there. I spend almost 1k for the transportation because I don't know how to reach the place. I was calling them just to ask how to reach the place but no one answering me until I reached the place.

Mitch, is a very nice person also the young lady that helped her. Mitch always was interested how we were doing and if we needed anything and if she could do anything for us. She is a very hard working woman. Always a smile on her face. The place was nice!

There's two bottles of 500 ml water for every night of stay which i didn't expect. The price is actually quite good for the length of stay.

There is not a lot of places to eat nearby. However you can get food delivered via grab. Totally not their fault. But the location is quiet and has a rustic, laid-back vibe to it despite of still being inside metro manila area.

I like Palines Apartment because it is clean, that is the first thing I look for in a house. Then the comfort room, which is also clean. There is also a store in the place so it is easy to get anything you need.

The location is a bit far, but I chose this because it is the nearest apartment we could get near the venue of the event.

The bathroom was very clean, the room was big, the bed was very comfortable, the room was clean. The caretaker is very friendly. Providing our needs well every time we need something without interfering with our privacy.
